The well-equipped open kitchen features a French door refrigerator and a kitchen island perfect for preparing dishes. Enjoy meals together in the dining room surrounded by windows with a view of the sea. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, complete with a standalone shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Younger guests will enjoy relaxing on bunk beds in one of the secondary bedrooms. No matter where you decide to sleep, central air conditioning will help keep you cool all night. Enjoy the use of a private washer/dryer during your stay - you'll always have swimsuits and towels ready for the beach.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

This was a beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as advertise. My family really enjoyed the stay. All bedrooms had attached restrooms. This property was well maintained, the pool, the hot tub and the first floor restrooms were always clean.

Lovely unit! With a few tweaks it would be perfect

The view, the layout, comfy beds, lovely decor and bathrooms. Very clean, and we loved the end unit and extra windows. Coffee maker only held 5 cups, so they need to upgrade to a 12 cup maker. Also replace patio chairs which have broken from rust

Great family condo on Okaloosa Island

We are grandparents and wanted a good family condo for us, son, daughter in-law and 2 toddler grandkids. . Spacious, great view and balcony. Living areas were large enough for comfort. Grandaughter loved the bunk bed. Bedrooms and baths provided us privacy. Easy access to pool and beach. Large appliances all worked well. Close also to good family restaurants, grocery, and entertainment. Utility was large also for all of us to store our beach items and keep up with laundry.

Great Vacay

The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures, beautiful. There is perfect beach and pool access. We were there for a week, and had read previous comments , so we took extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. My only suggestion would be that they add a Keurig, as there was a two cup coffee pot.( the space is for eight people) I bought a Keurig so we had easy access to a cup of coffee,as we sat on the balcony every morning. You won’t be disappointed if you book this space😎

Nice unit with beautiful view

The view of the beach was wonderful and spacious balcony! Wish there would have been lights on the balcony so we could have used it at night but great size. *** one thing I did not like is that there was not an option to lock the main door from the inside- we have a three year old and this made us extremely nervous at night because they can easily open from the inside and then get locked out. Also, one of the balcony doors would not lock, so again another safety concern at night with a toddler.

Super clean and great views

Large and clean. We had a few problems after getting to the condo but after calling a couple times and messaging we finally had the problems taken care of. The dishwasher would not run and two remotes did not work. We replaced the batteris and still nothing. The repairman came, fixed the dishwasher and replaced the remotes with generic ones that did work from there on. The condo was plenty big for our group of 8 and had an excellent pool. We are close enough to be able to go anywhere quickly, but it was quiet without a lot of traffic or noise. Only problem was a lack of enough towels. If there should be 8 people staying you should have more than 6 towels. Double the towels for each guest.

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay.

As soon as you walk in it smells wonderful and clean. Beautiful modern beach decor. Very spacious..especially the bathrooms. Beds were super comfy. Huge balcony overlooking pool then beach is to die for! All TVs are smart tvs. Dishwasher is super quiet. The only reason I did not give a perfect 5 star is for two reasons......1. Major: Vacasa customer service is lacking on small details they should know about the property and they were sometimes very hard to get ahold of. 2. Minor: Bar stools and arms of the armchairs and couch were very stained and needed cleaning. Overall loved the place and would recommend.

Great Family vacation property

This is beautiful and clean property. The pictures are very accurate and it is as spacious as it appears. We LOVED the view and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The corner unit added additional light to the living area and bedrooms. Furniture was comfortable. Internet and cable worked well. Loved the private beach with umbrella and two chairs. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect and clean also. The listing shows it sleeps 10...I'm not sure how, maybe 9 with the couch? Also there are no beach towels, somewhere it showed those were supplied and they are not. The emails for check-in and check-out were timely and accurate. We tried to reach the property manager to ask some detailed questions on several occasions prior to our stay and they never responded back to our emails, texts or phone calls. Overall it is a beautiful property and very well maintained. We would stay here again for sure.

Summer Vaca

There was no communication from the property manager so about 3 weeks prior i asked if beach chairs were included. There reply was “yes beach chairs are included for your stay” The condo sleeps 8 guests, we had 6, so i assumed this meant for all guests as nothing was noted otherwise. When we headed to the beach shortly after checkin we were told the condo comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. additional chairs were $50 per set per day. we needed 6 chairs so that totaled an additional $100 per day for our stay. PROS: Beautiful condo, views and spacious Pool and beach are close proximity CONS: —*Condo was not cleaned well at all, floors were filthy —*Beach chairs not included in stay and even when i asked was not told it was only 2 chairs —beach towels not included —Ice maker and freezer were broken (we were not informed and had to keep all our frozen food in a cooler on ice for our stay) the pm supplied a mini fridge but did not hold much, nor had an ice maker —communication about items supplied in kitchen and baths came only one day prior to checkin, not enough time to prepare what to bring —covered parking space occupied —upon inquiring and sending pics to the management company about the cleanliness of the condo, the issue with the beach chairs and the broken freezer they offered $100 and 1, yes 1 bag of ice. There was no concern at all from them. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! If you have an issue while staying here don't expect to get help from Vasca PM.

A Spotless Gem

Upon entering the condo, it was evident the cleaning crew did an excellent job. The kitchen was well-equipped. The rooms are mostly large & functional, including the laundry room. Only the “bunk bed” room was small. The living / dining / kitchen area has truly great views of the beach, as does the spacious master bedroom. The large balcony is a great place to enjoy the shade, or the sun, with comfy swivel chairs and a table for four. The pool was heated enough to swim in January, and the hot tub was just right. We had five fabulous days here. And five TV’s. The Vacasa admin folks checked on us several times throughout our stay, to make sure we had all we needed (And delivered a hair dryer upon our request.) The gym has numerous exercise options. A truly relaxing, fabulous experience overall. Thank you for sharing this gem of a condo!

Gorgeous Condo and View

A perfect location for viewing the gulf and listening to the waves crash. The furnishings were lovely and extremely comfortable. Would love to rent this condo again one day.
