NUEVA CONSTRUCCIÓN 2019! 2000+ SQFT Total Living - Salida directa a la piscina y la playa



Blu es el proyecto de condominio de lujo más nuevo en la isla de Okaloosa y se abrirá en junio de 2019.

Lo que hace que Blu sea único, además de ser completamente nuevo, es que está en el extremo de la isla, directamente en el golfo de México, con más de 300 pies de vida frente al golfo. Compartimos toda esta playa con solo otros 46 propietarios de unidades. Las instalaciones de nuestro complejo a las puertas de la unidad serán las mejores en la isla, con dos piscinas grandes, una entrada cero, un fogón junto a la playa, una gran bañera de hidromasaje, un gimnasio de última generación, un sistema de seguridad privado y un área de parrillas.

Lo que realmente nos entusiasma es que nuestros huéspedes pueden pasar de la serenidad de la parte tranquila de la isla Okaloosa a todo lo que se ofrece en la isla Wild Willy's, The Gulf, The Gulfarium y BoardWalk en una corta caminata o recorrido de 2 millas. Justo después de eso, se encuentra la emoción del centro de Fort Walton junto con Publix, a solo 2.5 millas de distancia, ¡o puede ver todo lo que Destin Harbor y HarborWalk Village tienen para ofrecer a una corta distancia de 7 millas en automóvil!

Beautiful, large, ground-level condo w two pools (one being heated) and a hot tub. This spot was a gift for our family of 6. Plenty of room and the convenience of seeing our kids from our porch as they enjoyed the pool space. The property was well furnished with kitchen essentials but does not have beach towels. A bonus: it had beach chairs and many fun, outdoor toys for the kids. This location is unique, and one I want to keep secret as it is a very quiet island just a few minutes from Destin. We would definitely stay here again. The condo itself has a few quirks, which I will share w our contact and that can be addressed and remedied. For future travelers, I recommend sound machines for the rooms as you can easily hear noise from other condos. La Calle Food Hall is a unique, local stop we recommend for meals or just dessert. There are also many shops within driving distance and playgrounds for kids.

Condo is nicely appointed, very up to date and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped - we had a great time preparing meals as a family and plenty of work space to get the kids involved! The location was ideal, close to shopping and great restaurants. We loved being able to step right out to the pools, and also having direct access to the beautiful beach. Another great feature was the covered parking. There were a couple of rainy days during our stay and it was nice to be able to come and go without getting soaked. We would definitely stay here again!

The biggest issue was the unit had water seeping up around the plank flooring (mainly in kitchen area) for our entire stay. Rick Angle knew of this before we arrived and did not tell us. There was a drying-fan & de-humidifier in the unit when we arrived, so people had been working there to try to dry the water. I called Rick the next morning & he told me he didn't know where it was coming from and there would be people in to look during our stay. The water was present every single day and Rick would provide no discount ... only pro-rated credit if we left early. He is a total jerk. Two workers came to look at it while we were there. They couldn't find the source. It was almost cleared up the day we left. We used the large fan & de-humidifier quite often which I believe helped the water dry up. The A/C was out when we arrived & Rick had it fixed the next morning. We love the Blu and rented this unit in 2025, from Rick. I will never rent from him again and will gladly share my experience with friends & family. I'm not active on social media.

Direct access to the pool and beach from this room. Very safe and secure. Gated parking and beach access. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED the heated pool! We had extreme cold weather and they kept it very warm at 83 degrees! Which was fabulous! We had a maintenance issue with water coming up through the floor. Seems like the owner and building HAO were more focused on who was at fault than the problem itself. It wasn’t a ton of water but annoying enough to have people in and out a couple days! Also the blower on the dryer was SUPER loud and maintenance didn’t seem to care. It just was what it was. Maybe a note saying to do laundry early as the blower can be loud in the front room. It didn’t go off when you turned off the dryer… it was interesting. All in all our stay was good! Place was clean. Could use some more kid friendly dishes or smaller plates. We tried not to use the dishwasher to help with the water issue and ran out of utensils.

Patricia, I am super happy you guys had a nice stay! Future guest: Our cleaning team provides the following simple wrapped bar soap in each bathroom, small bottle of dishwashing soap in kitchen, papers towel roll, dishwashing towel, and two dishwashing pods. Each bathroom will receive an initial roll of Toilet Paper. The set up will last most folks a couple of days prior to your needing to have additional supplies. This is the standard set up in our market particularly after Covid and the desire not to share products between guest.

This condo is great! The only complaint would be there is a terrible noise that you hear in the first bedroom to the right as you enter the condo. You can hear it in the laundry room. I thought it was the washing machine but it sounds like it is in the wall. Luckily the couple that was using the room had a very loud sound machine that helped.

Beautiful condo, beautiful pools, beautiful views, great location, and almost perfect stay. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. I understand turnovers are needed quickly but the details are very important.The shower curtain in the bathroom was found to be covered in mold. We just avoided using that shower.

Awesome time on the beach.

Location was perfect. Great access to the pool and beach. Everything in and around the entire facility was immaculate. The owner and manager made it all so easy to enjoy our getaway. Looking forward to next year.
