Beautiful Home in a perfect location

We were visiting Rocky Mountain National Park with our adult children and grandkids. The house was great. I would stay there again if I come back. Clean, well equipped, good location, I do not have anything negative to say about it, we all loved it!!

Great stay

9 adults, 1 teen, 1 child and 1 infant stayed and we had everything we needed. An infant gate was present for the stairs, floor fans were present in a couple of the rooms which is a must for my adult children, the hot tub was utilized daily, and we used the bbq grill. Reservations and check in/check out was seamless. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Rockies

The house itself was decent sized. Good amount of amenities and supplies provided by the owner. The owner company is prompt to reply to all our concerns. I would highly recommend this place and would not mind renting it again.

Summer Birthday Retreat

Really beautiful home and views in Granby. Came for the weekend with friends to enjoy Grand Lake and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and on the grill. Spent every night in the hot tub relaxing under the stars. The house really had everything we wanted/needed.

Gorgeous Views

We loved the house. The online photos do not match the house… it should include a layout of the house. We had several older family members stay with us on this family vacation. They had troubles with all the stairs, both up and down. Only one bedroom on the main level!! And no big bathtubs. With the elderly the bathrooms were not friendly l.. the walk in shower on the main level was very slick and there was not a safety rail.. If you are young and in your prime- this is a top notch house! If you have some rusty knees or hips this would prolly not be the place for you!!

Great Grandy House

Great house for multiple famalies and we very much enjoyed our time there. Great view from the deck and great layout overall. Plan to say again next summer.

Beautiful Relaxing Home

Our family takes an annual trip to the Winter Park area every year. There were 7 of us. This home was beautiful, relaxing and very comfortable. The home was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we were happy to find extra blankets for comfort since it was rainy and cool during our visit. The fireplace in the master bedroom was a special touch! The downstairs family area is great for a family movie together. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views all around us. There is hiking close by. The home was large for all of us to spread out and have our space. City Market is close by for groceries and the drive to downtown Winter Park is not far. We have rented a lot of homes in this area and this one had a lot of everything!

Beautiful Home and Views

My family stayed at the home in early December. It was well decorated and fit our needs extremely well. Granby provided all we need in terms of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will be staying here again soon!

Big Group

It is a great place for a big group, we had 6 adults and 6 kids and we all fit great! Close enough to town to not be a bad drive in but far enough that you can still see the stars at night.

Amazing house

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and absolutely love it! Lovely house, with fantastic space that allows everyone to hang out together or spread out. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with supplies and utensils and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fall visit to Granby

We stayed at this home for the first time this fall and have fallen in love with this place. It is a well-furnished home and we especially love the modern kitchen, the huge lower-level family room and the views. It has plenty of space for multiple families travelling together!

Huge House with a Great View

Very large house overlooking Granby, Colorado. Plenty of room for all. Large game room, nice beds and good communication from the owner. Would recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area.

Extended family and I gathered in this lovely home for our annual mountain getaway. Property surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed the space the home offered, the stunning views, and updated accomodations. We will return and would recommend!

Awesome Family Vacation Home

We had a party of 12. The bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Four kids shared the bunkbeds. The home was a generous size. Fit us very well. We spent much time playing cards or reading on the balcony which faces east. Beautiful morning sunrises. It is 25 minutes to Grand Lake; 25 minutes to Winter Park. We golfed Grandby; hiked too; kids did the downhill biking. Perfect setting for a relaxing family vacay. Andy was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating!

Family getaway

Our family stayed here for a week while exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby, and Grand Lake. It’s a beautiful home, with amazing views. We enjoyed cooking several meals, had everything we needed for food prep. With 5 beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms, we had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable.

Wedding Weekend

Perfect location for our daughter's wedding at Granby Ranch! We had our children and a 1 year old and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her - away from the upstairs noise.

Great place for a family gathering

Our extended family of 11 had an excellent time together at this well-provisioned, comfortable home. It made a great base for day trips to Winter Park, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property was clean, and the kitchen had all the cookware/provisions for us to prepare and cook meals together, taking advantage of the large table and seating outside on the deck. Andy was very responsive and helpful, answering questions (via text) within minutes. Thanks for sharing your home!

Nice house

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Well stocked kitchen though we did buy a gallon pitcher which we left as a gift. Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the mountains. Beds were comfortable. No that there is no air conditioning if you’re there in the summer but it wasn’t a big deal for us as we were gone a fair part of the day. We were there the second week of June and while the house is perfect there wasn’t that much to do in the area. We went mini golfing in grand Lake about a half an hour away and we went to Rocky Mountain national Park which takes about two hours to get to Bear Lake. We went white water rafting in Idaho Springs about an hour away (highly recommend).

Wonderful stay in Granby

We had a terrific time staying at this beautiful property! It was plenty large for our group (5 adults, 2 kids), with a great layout and very comfortable rooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, so we were able to cook meals in most nights. The location can't be beat - we were just a few minutes down the road from Grandby Ranch base camp and close to YMCA of Rockies (tubing hill). Groceries are also close by and we went for several walks in the neighborhood to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the owners were wonderful to work with. Can't wait to hopefully come back next year!
