Steve our host was so welcoming to us. He went above and beyond in generosity of supplying “often forgotten” toiletries, coffee, and more. He even helped after we checked out with items left in his home! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. I highly recommend his property.

Great place, very clean and in a great quiet location. We loved hanging out in the back yard! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals, they even had all the extras like spices, etc. we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

This place was great! Not too far from the airport and was perfect for my sons and I to go to the Formula One race at circuit of the Americas. Was extremely clean and the backyard was awesome. Nice and quiet neighborhood and I would highly recommend this place.

STEVE IS THE BEST HOST EVER!!

We really just needed a place to lay our heads and have a kitchen, but this property is so much more! Sadly, we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful backyard, but it is wonderful! We will be back and appreciate all the little touches that Steve puts together to really make you feel like you are home. thank you!

Amazing Home in Austin!

5 stars isn’t enough for Steve’s home in Austin! Steve is an amazing host and left so many thoughtful touches for us as his guests. From breakfast items to often forgotten toiletries, Steve’s home is welcoming from the minute you walk in. We were in Austin for the total solar eclipse, and Steve was even kind enough to leave us eclipse glasses! Steve was wonderful to communicate with from the moment we booked, throughout our entire stay. The house is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax either indoors or outdoors in between outings in Austin. The location was perfect as well…15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Steve’s home will be part of our wonderful memories of our trip to Austin!

Great House

It was clean and comfortable, as advertised. There were a number of nice touches like extra towels, kleenex/toiletries, and sleep number beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, the basics for baking/cooking, and some snacks. We had a really great experience!

Great Place to Stay!

I have stayed at many home rentals, I this was one of the best. Steve is a great host who thought about all of the little extras that made our stay special. The space was perfect for our small friend reunion and we loved spending time on the lovely patio and comfortable sofas visiting with each other. The house is clean, tidy, and in a great location. I highly recommend it! Thanks!!

Our Austin Favorite

This is our second stay at Steve’s place. It’s really perfect ! Easy check in, great communication, excellent location, spotless property. Great attention to detail- Thomas’s English muffins, bananas, and a bottle of wine are all provided by Steve ( and much appreciated!). We’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo properties and Steve’s is an all time favorite. You can’t go wrong staying here for your Austin visit!

State track meet

Steve has been a wonderful host for our workers for the state track meet the past three years. Check in was very easy and the property is exactly as advertised. We will continue our yearly trip as long as he’ll have us. I highly recommend the property.

Family gathering…

My three adult children and one daughter-in-law celebrated my 66th birthday by all traveling into Austin for a four night weekend. One daughter lives a mile from the home we rented so it worked out perfectly. The place was clean, the process easy, and there was enough extras that made it enjoyable to come back to after our long days together. It’s also quite close to the downtown, restaurants, and the airport.

I've lived in Austin since 1991 and although growing rapidly still enjoy everything Austin has to offer. If you like spending time outdoors this is the place you want to be. On the weekends and occasionally during the week you can find me tearing up the hike and bike trail which is a 10 mile loop around Ladybird Lake right in the heart of downtown. Besides the nightlife with many great restaurants and bars, the hike and bike trail is one of the best things about Austin.

HQ Austin is located in a nice established neighborhood in south Austin. Very quiet with many long-term residents. Very easy to get around and in close proximity to downtown and many hot spots. My home is very comfortable and easy to relax in during that down time.
