Nice place to stay. Had all the amenities we needed. Close to the airport and Travis County Expo center. Easy check out process.

Great stay in Austin!

Wonderful property! Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, and the home was perfect for us. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and would definitely would stay again when visiting our children and grandchildren!

Great place to stay

We stayed at this property to attend an event at Circuit of the Americas. It was a very convenient location to get there and back. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the leasing company was very responsive to any of our questions.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood.

Newly remodeled older home in well established neighborhood. We met some of the neighbors and all were friendly. Would rent again.

Great for COTA

Stayed here while we went to F1 and it was perfect. Short drive to and from COTA. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Kitchen was equipped for simple meals and we used the pellet grill as well. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Clean and Quiet

Stayed here because it was the closest to Circuit of the Americas (15 minutes) and close to downtown. It’s tucked into a blue collar family neighborhood that’s very quiet and felt safe. The house is super clean and fully remodeled. It was a perfect home base for a weekend of races and Austin nightlife. Will book here again.

The house is really nice. We found it very comfortable. It was well appointed. We really liked having the washer and dryer. My husband had to rest 2 days after a heart procedure before making our 8 hour trip back home. The area was safe and quite. It was also easy

Quiet neighborhood,clean home

The house was great-clean, comfortable and enough included for a short stay. Nice one-level layout for those with disabilities and walking difficulties. The neighbors were really quiet, even over a weekend. Nothing much within walking distance but it's a short drive to food, bars, etc. The PM communication was on point and fast if any questions arise. Definitely recommend!

Clean, tidy, quiet neighborhood. Thank you for all the amenities. We did utilize the smoker/grill. We cleaned it out. FYI: previous renters left old coals, And the grill was not cleaned. Kuddos: for your housekeepers. Easy to access. Thank you.

Family get away

Everything was great. I just wish i knew a better understanding of the location because we were 30-40 mins from all the attractions and sites we wanted to visit. Had i known, I rsther be closer to places ibahhe to visit. But thats on me, i know they dont have the exact address listed it was a pin drop whoch seemed close enough in the map. Other then that it was perfect for our family.

Nice

The property was very clean and nice. The smaller bathroom had no window coverings or blinds and the next door house was two story. No one wanted to take a shower or bath for fear that they would be seen. Also there were no extra linens and you were only allotted one towel per guest. So if you needed another for your hair, you were out of luck.

weekend adventure

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Beautiful kitchen, lots of spices for cooking (that you rarely find in a rental). A little far from downtown Austin but about 30 mins to everything. the beds were so comfortable. Only negative was the neighbors behind us had their toddlers and dogs outside on sunday morning screaming for hours at the tops of their lungs. and I don't mean yelling, I mean screaming like crying. and the dogs barking. It was awful. so if you get to pick your room pick the one in the front of the house. lol oh and the master shower was fantastic.
