At night, you’ll tuck in to a 12-inch cooling gel memory foam mattress, professionally cleaned linens with duvet, and two oversized luxury gel pillows. We provide 2 king mattresses, one queen, and one twin fold out bed. For longer stays, there are multiple large closets with shelves and an onsite washer and dryer. We can also arrange a next day laundry service for you if you would like your clothes professionally cleaned. The home comfortably accommodates 7 guests, families are welcome.

Besides two kitchen cabinets and two storage containers, you’ll have full access. These areas are used for property storage.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on a quiet street in the neighborhood of Troy Hill, just 10 mins away from downtown Pittsburgh. There's a park with a baseball field, basketball courts, and splash pad at the end of the block. The neighborhood is on a hill that overlooks all of Pittsburgh.



Getting Around:

There are two streets that allow you to reach the property. The neighborhood is on a hill that overlooks all of Pittsburgh so the area has a few hills to climb. The streets are narrow at times but neighbors are great about ensuring there's room to drive. We don’t have dedicated parking. However, parking is free and you'll always find a spot to park - most of the time it's right in front of the unit. During week nights when everyone returns home from work, you may need to park at the end of the street (15 second walk from the home).

We offer two propane refill options:



Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval – Additional Fee)

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.



Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)

Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.



Please note that we provide an additional rollaway twin bed conveniently stored in the closet for your use. This ensures flexibility in sleeping arrangements while maintaining ample space when not in use.



Filtered Water

We provide a refrigerator for your use, but we do not stock filtered water. This is because most standard refrigerator or pitcher filters do not effectively purify the water—they primarily improve taste and odor without removing many contaminants. In our own home, we use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration, which provides a much higher level of water purity. RO systems remove a wide range of impurities, including heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, and other dissolved solids that basic filters can't. When we travel, we personally purchase reverse osmosis water from the store to ensure we're drinking the cleanest water possible. If high-quality filtered water is important to you, we recommend picking up a few gallons of RO water nearby during your stay.



If you need to clean up a mess we leave some cleaning supplies on site for you. You’ll find a broom, vacuum, and all-purpose cleaner



In order to access the third bedroom, guests will be required to walk through one of the king bedrooms
