About this space
Welcome to Michelle's Place- The Farm House. Where it's a farm feel, centrally located in town. It's a completely remodeled home with intentional planning and beautiful design for you to come rest at a home away from home. Close to parks, and walking trials while also only 4 minutes away from the historic downtown area! All aspects inside the home were uniquely picked by the host. With seasonal farm fresh varieties of berries, fruits, and vegetables to be enjoyed in your backyard!
The space
This beautiful home was originally built in 1890. My husband and I bought this house in 2021, and we began to strip it to its bare bones and renovated the entire home. It was an exciting journey and now we are thrilled to share this wonderful home with our community. We are honored to say that this home was featured in Country Living Magazine! We are proud of this accomplishment and hope you love this home as much as we do.
We wanted The Farm House to feel like a home away from home, one that is cozy, and filled with memories. There will be a variety of seasonal fresh produce in your backyard like berries, fruits, and vegetables that you can pick during your stay! Luckily, we are very close to the downtown area, where you can have a picnic at the river front, go on a walk, or a bike ride along the local trails.
The home is a 5BD, 2BA, and is fully furnished. The kitchen has a full fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave . Fully stocked dishes, pans, silverware, utensils. Main level washer and dryer. The home has heating and cooling for your desired temperature setting. Extra bedding is provided for every room, chargers for your phone, and toiletries.
