🚙 One parking pass is provided per reservation. Additional vehicles must park off-site at the airport road lot, or the ice rink lot (both free) and take the free shuttle with a guest who is using the parking spot at the condo. This rule is strictly enforced due to the limited parking availability in downtown Breckenridge.
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed this property and it served our needs quite well. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Only downside was no AC, but that’s common in Colorado. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time celebrating a friend’s wedding at this condo! The condo looks as pictured, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much space there was for us to spread out. The hosting company has thought of everything you might need, and the little touches help made our stay a lovely experience.
