The 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom Breckenridge residence offers 1,300 square feet where each bedrooms offers King beds. The thoughtful design offers one large Master unit in addition to a separate suite bedroom which is ideal for families or trips with friends.

Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for meal preparation. The kitchen island features four bar stools, while the dining area comfortably accommodates six. The living room boasts expansive views and ample seating, including a sleeper sofa, plush chairs, a warm gas fireplace, and a cutting-edge entertainment center. With wall-to-wall windows and a spacious balcony, you can relax and soak in the stunning Colorado scenery. Additionally, the villa includes the convenience of your own washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom features a spacious King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. It also includes an attached Master bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, double vanity, rain showerhead, and premium toiletries. The second bedroom is a lock-off suite, offering a cozy King size bed, a separate living area with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TVs, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom.

Resort Details are unrivaled. The property has everything you need and would be easy to never even need to leave. However, getting into town could not be easier with the Gondola running until 5pm in addition to the convenient resort shuttle service.
