The kitchen is fully loaded — quality cookware, full dish sets, stocked coffee bar, dining table for six, and kitchen island seating for three. Everything needed for real group meals without a single missing item.

Every bedroom has a 55" Smart TV with Roku. Beds are made with premium mattresses and linens — sleeping comfort is called out consistently across reviews.

If you're expecting a resort-scale pool, this isn't it — if you want a heated pool in a private tropical backyard, it delivers every time.

The house itself is on the cozier side — three bedrooms and a comfortable interior that works beautifully for groups of 6 to 8 who plan to spend most of their time outside. The backyard, by contrast, is larger than it appears in photos. Most guests are pleasantly surprised.

Getting Around — The Best Location in the Portfolio

The FreeBee electric shuttle picks up right at the front door. Free, fun, and genuinely useful — one group of girls said it made them feel safe getting around Delray without a car the entire trip. It runs to Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding Delray area.

Atlantic Avenue is less than a 1/2 mile away — a 10 minute walk or 2-minute drive. The beach is 1.25 miles — walkable but most guests prefer to drive or take the FreeBee. Everything else in Delray is within a short Uber.

Atlantic Avenue restaurants, bars, boutiques, and nightlife are a 10 minute walk or 2-minute drive. The beach is 1.25 miles. Boca Raton is 10 minutes south. Fort Lauderdale is 25 minutes south.
