Coastal Heated Pool Home, 10 mins to the beach and downtown

Relaxing heated pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean and spacious located a few steps from the Intracoastal Waterway equipped with a boat and kayak launch. We are 10-mins from Old Town or the beach and less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Experience our lovely saltwater pool enclosed in a lanai. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a open family room. Each bedroom has brand new beds. Fast WIFI. Boat/Trailer/RV Friendly :-)

***Hurricane Season is June - November, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of weather delays/cancellations. We will not be able to issue refunds for weather related cancellations***. Pets are allowed with advanced notice. We charge a $100/per pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in $500 cleaning fee.

The house was exactly as described in listing. The proximity to the beach and downtown was really nice. Having the pool in the evenings was such a nice treat after a long day in the Florida heat. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. There was a launch at the space center during our visit and we were able to watch it from the water front at the end of the road.

Relaxing weekend getaway

This house was very clean and comfortable for a relaxing weekend. The owners were very quick to respond to messages. The pool was a nice bonus and we loved hanging out in the enclosed porch area. Overall great stay and we look forward to coming back.

I picked this house for the pool. The air conditioned sunroom was nice. There was plenty of kitchen amenities. The smaller bathroom had low water pressure, but was otherwise nice.

Perfect house!

The house was perfect, super clean, had everything you can need. These hosts are VERY thoughtful about what their guests might need, and it is all there! Very central location, easy to get to everything.

Great location and beautiful home

We loved our stay, this house is located close to everything and has a heated pool which was very nice for the cool days we stayed. I would highly recommend this for any family looking for a clean updated house with nice rooms and plenty of porch and pool space. This house will be on our places to return to since we visit every new years!

Perfect place

Came here for our anniversary and the place was amazing. Super clean and near everything. Loved riding bikes, walking and fishing down in the river at the end of the road. Friendly neighbors and safe area. Our host was amazing to work with and super fast to answer any questions.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

This was one of the nicest homes we have rented. The house was immaculate and had everything necessary for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were spacious and the pool and outside area was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location made it easy to get into the downtown and to the beaches but was located in a quiet neighborhood. Stephenie and Justin were great hosts! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Everything the listing says is right on. Very clean, quiet safe neighborhood. Was surprised that we had YouTubeTV and Netflix. Well stocked. Excellent communication with host from booking to departure.

Wonderful home and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is immaculate and comfortable with a very nice layout. I didn't use the pool but my husband loved it. There was only two of us on this trip but I could easily see our family spending time here together. It was nice to be out of the traffic of the Orlando/Kissimmee area and near the beach. Stephenie and Justin were wonderful hosts making sure everything was great for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Salty Seashell

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at the Salty Seashell. Stephenie and Justin were very accessible and accommodating. The neighbourhood is great for walks, lots of streets to explore. The beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was wonderful. The backyard view was not exactly as we expected with the addition of a wooden fence the owners are in the process of adding but it did add additional privacy to the pool area.

Many nice amenities!

This home has been updated and has a beautiful master bedroom suite. The hosts communicate well and made check-in/out easy. We felt like they go out of their way to make you feel at home by providing amenities like nice towels and linens (even the beach towels are soft), pool/beach toys, bikes, and nice glassware. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the historic district. People with allergies should note there is slight musty smell in the enclosed sunroom.

Enjoy the saltwater pool in our enclosed lanai, make a cocktail in our sunroom equipped with a mini fridge, barista sink, barware and plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy. Inside our kitchen you will find a full fridge, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Instant-Hot for espresso or tea, Oven/Stove, Microwave and Toaster. Enjoy complimentary snacks, coffee, and filtered water. Grill on our charcoal grill or flock to one of our favorite local restaurants. You call the shots, it's your vacation :-) We love St. Augustine and we know you will too. Just a few steps outside of the front door and to the right is the Intracoastal Waterway with a boat/kayak launch and from the front door to the left is a great park and covered pavilion for the kids!
