Don’t stay here - major security and noise issues

Poor security. Same code is shared for 2nd floor and 3rd floor units. Strangers entered the unit and stole property while we were gone. Another group entered a locked door with the code while we were there. Unable to tell if main door is locked from inside. No deadbolt or secondary sliding lock. Patio door lock is also broken. Outside door code at bottom of stairs has never been changed as the numbers are rubbed off from years of pressing the same buttons. A massive exhaust fan from the restaurant below runs all night and is extremely loud. This is a few feet from the master bed. Kept me up all night. Ear plugs weren’t enough. VRBO should shut this down

Great location. Place was big enough for four people. Lots of stairs going up to the property which wasn't a problem for us. Quiet at night. Overall a positive experience. Thank you.

Convenient but repairs and cleaning required

Would loved to enjoy the patio, but the furniture was filthy and I wouldn’t sit on any of the provided cushions. Two unemptied ashtrays on the table.Sink faucet works spottily, same with the stovetop.

Got the job Done

The location was ideal. There was plenty of room in the condo itself for space for our two couples for our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The stairs were brutal especially after all day walking around town.The condo was not well cleaned. The furniture in the living room and bedrooms along with the carpet/rugs were stained in the bedrooms. The listing here indicates that there is onsite parking but there in fact is not. An addition to the access of the washer/dryer would have been nice, as well as, a microwave.Communication with the management company was quick, although it would appear some of our issues have been brought up in previous reviews and still not addressed. We did enjoy our stay and the walk to food/entertainment was very convenient.

Birthday weekend

I will start out with the positive great location ! Now as far as the cleanliness not what I expected dishes in the dish washer and condo was not wiped down in the kitchen also the kitchen sink was not working properly because batteries had to be swapped out which we went and bought and fixed. Heat was not working and electricity to to the back wall of our bedroom was also not working. Lots of stairs I believe it was 58 which is not a problem but should be disclosed especially if someone has a medical condition. . I would not recommend this place to anybody.. I spoke to them and they promised to compensate me after close to 2 week I reached back out to them and they offered me &150.00. This was pretty much my Birthday weekend.

Furniture is stained and worn out, WiFi was not in working order, the ac was impossible to figure out. However the location was great. Also there were no coffee cups…meh

Worked for what we needed.

Nice apartment but furnishings need replacing. Dirty furniture. Looked like one bathroom at one point had a towel rack but it got pulled down and wasn’t ever replaced. No comforter on one of the beds and when we contacted the host, nothing happened. Great location. Lots of stairs.

Great location, but misleading listing

Overall the location of this unit was perfect. A short walk to Broadway and lots of restaurant options nearby. We were extremely disappointed to find out there is no designated parking for this unit as the listing states. The listing states parking is available for a fee (which we were fine with paying) up to 4 cars. We had to contact customer service because we couldn’t find the designated spots and found out that the spots are “street parking” or a parking lot around the corner. Two of the “street parking spots” were taken up by large construction equipment so we ended up parking in the lot and having to make several trips into the unit. They were clear about having no elevator which would have been fine if we were able to park and unload closer to the unit. The unit itself was very large and roomy for the four of us. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The unit was tidy and free of clutter, however the cleanliness of the unit could be improved. The bed cover had dirty footprints all over it (I would venture to guess that the two bed covers are never washed). The carpet in the one bedroom was absolutely filthy and there was dust build up on the ceiling fan and in the bathroom. The kitchen chairs had stains on the fabric. The outdoor rooftop area was a nice space but we did not utilize any of the furniture as it hadn’t been cleaned. The shower system in the master bedroom was awful. Knobs were stripped which prevented the shower to work properly.

Great Nashville location.

This condo was perfectly located for the activities we had planned. There were 2 king beds and 2 bathroom which was great for our couples trip. Plenty of space for us to sit and relax.

Electrical problems unresolved, smelly unit, terrible water pressure

Convenient to Broadway is the only positive. The unit had slimy liquid on the floor in two locations when we checked in. the electrical went out in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Contacted property management and they say they sent somebody but we were out to dinner. It would not have known. We returned back to the unit and the electrical was in the exact same condition with the lights would not work in the bathroom and bedroom. Property manager said “what are we supposed to do? It is a holiday weekend.” you own the risk of maintenance when tenants have a problem in your unit, you had no problem taking our money for the stay.

Location, location, location

Great location and super convenient. I loved the ease and timing of the communications from Vacasa. This is a really great home base for a Nashville trip! Note that if you plan to cook while staying here, that’s a struggle as the kitchen is lacking many of the basics. (For example - there are only 2 mugs, 3 pots/pans, and no microwave.)

I don't recommend this property

While this property is in a great location, it is not recommended. The rooftop is filthy. We had to clean it ourselves upon arrival. All tables were full of dirt/grim that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. All/Most furniture is in need of a deep clean. This was mentioned in previous reviews but not addressed. The kitchen amenities (bowls, coffee cups, etc. are lacking). Finally, neither keyless entry worked. We had to go through several Vacasa phone calls to finally get the lock box code which yielded a key to get in. However, they wouldn't give it to us until 4pm (Checkin time) even though we were there early and cleaning had been done long before. Vacasa could've accommodated us but instead we waited outside on the steps until 4pm at which point we were given the code to get the key to enter. i texted them and had several exchanges regarding all of this. They said they'd send cleaning people out and would repair the keyless entry during our stay but that never happened. Use another service and don't rent this property!

Close to downtown but not quiet while sleeping

The Master bedroom hears every siren and trash truck all night long. The spare room was completely quiet. The white couch and light colored rugs are probably not the best choice as they were all dirty "looking/stained" The kitchen was lovely, minus the stove not being cleaned prior to us coming. We did not utilize the deck space, but it had some tarps on half it to prevent leaking below. There is also a restaurant right next door, which is lovely, except I started smelling food cooking at 6 am, which I thought something was burning. Lastly, the place just needs a good paint job.

Great rental and location

Great location and nice rental! Spacious and nice floor plan and a perfect walk to Broadway. Extremely rude house keeper so hopefully they get that situation sorted out. I would recommend staying there as long as they confirm she won’t be the house keeper. She was yelling and was so disrespectful to us as paying customers. Other than her we really enjoyed our stay!

58 steps too the top. Not great for 74+ occupants. All furniture vary low to the floor.. this condo was very nicely remodeled.

Location, location, location! Nice Condo in the heart of Nashville. Great, responsive service. Condo shows some wear and tear, but overall nicely appointed and location overweights some minor needed repairs. Thank you for having us!
