It's perfectly situated for those who want to be in the center of the action, less than 1 mile to Broadway and just a few blocks from Nashville's best live music venues, bars, restaurants, and attractions. —all right at your doorstep! This property is located right on the river, you may get to see some local wildlife. We do treat the property for insects however, some may still be on the patio or sneak into the condo.
Nashville is an ever growing city so there may be construction going on during your stay!

Very pretty view! Great location and property was really nice. We were able to walk to all the places. Fun to see some animals walking around (groundhogs, raccoons). The pool was great but needed a skimmer nearby for all the tree droppings. The only complaint we had was the balcony was full of cobwebs which distracted from the view a little bit when sitting on the balcony.

It was very comfortable walking distance to all activities. When we had a questions management was very responsive. Beautiful view of the River.

We are a family with little kids. Husband was there for work convention downtown. Lots of scooters and bikes to travel around town right at the property. Love the view of the river. Pool was nice, it is not heated so would be uncomfortable in the cooler months. Was a little dark in the parking lot and hallway walking to the rooms. Neighborhood is okay, lots of people walking downtown. I wouldn’t walk it at night but many groups were.

This was a great place to stay while in Nashville. It is far enough away from downtown yet one is able to walk to get there. Beautiful view of the river, lots of room, 2 bathrooms were nice for getting ready. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Nice walking distance to Broadway and Printers alley. Condo is set up for decoration instead of comfort, (couch and chairs) although the beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive, and had everything you need as far as coffee and amenities. I Would recommend this condo.

Riverfront condo in Nashville

I stayed at this property with my husband and two kids during a family visit to Nashville. We loved being by the river and seeing the animals along the water. Beds were comfortable and plentiful. However, the place is well-suited for bachelorette groups but not so much for families. The house was clean save for a minor ant problem in the kitchen. The kitchen table, while interesting, isn’t super functional. The kitchen has basic amenities but not equipped to cook a meal, which is fine because the place is in quick walking distance to Germantown. There is a major construction project just behind the building, but you can still access the neighborhood though the walk is a bit dusty until you get through the construction.

Great location

Perfect size condo for 3 couples for a long weekend. We spent most of our time out and about enjoying Nashville, so did not spend too much time in the unit. Great location, just a short drive to Broadway. Reading the reviews and mentioning of quiet time I do want to point out that the Metal dining table and chairs are super cute and goes well with the decor, however it probably causes more noise and makes the room echo.

Outstanding Stay & Great Downtown Location

Stayed here for 4 nights to spend time in Nashville and catch up with friends. Location was perfect. Short walk to downtown and the best part was it’s in the off-beaten part of the city. Yet still had plenty of bars and restaurants available.

Nice Property and Great Location

Property location was fantastic and unit was well stocked. We travel a lot and was one of the best stocked units I have stayed in. Beds had firm memory foam and were comfy! Balcony was a bit small but had beautiful view!! Would definitely recommend!

The condo was very cute, clean and close to everything! The parking lot was covered which was great when it rained. The pool area was great and clean. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place with a great view!

My family of and another family of 2 stayed comfortably in this condo. It was very clean, decorated so cute, eclectic and fun!! The host was very quick to respond when I had a question and she was extremely friendly. Location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants. Condo also has a nice peaceful view of the Cumberland River. The kiddos loved the pool too! highly recommend this place and it will definitely be at the top of my list when I return!

Great housing near downtown

The host is very responsive. House was well equipped with supplies (lots of hangers even though no dresser space). Not a lot of sitting space if families travel together with kids but overall location is close to down town, housing felt safe and clean with ammenities for all. We really enjoyed the time there! Yes there is wild life by the river front, that have apparently been fed by those staying in the area as they visit more frequently than a 'wild' animal would, but they were not harmful or intrusive in anyway. Actually our kids enjoyed seeing them daily and watching them interact.

Great Property for a Group
