New Listing! Water Views with Short Walk to Dataw Clubhouse and Pool - Sleeps 6

This three bedroom, two bathroom Villa on Dataw Island with great views of Jenkins creek and overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course. The Villa is located within walking distance to the Dataw Island Club and the outdoor pool. The community dock is nearby where you can enjoy crabbing, fishing or kayaking. This Villa has an open floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area for six, opens right up into the cozy living room with spectacular views of the golf course and Jenkins creek. There is a back deck with seating where you can take in the views as well.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed, TV with Roku and ensuite bathroom. While the other bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with Roku and large windows that provide great natural lighting. There is an additional bedroom off the hallway with two twin beds and a 15" TV with Roku, perfect for children and/or overflow guests.

Dataw Island is located on the tidal waterway between Charleston and Hilton Head. It is 15 minutes from Beaufort and 15 minutes from Hunting Island State Park and Beach. Enjoy all Dataw has to offer while staying at this villa. Aside from the outdoor pool, community dock and (2) golf courses there is a fitness center, tennis courts, indoor Olympic size swimming pool and full service marina.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Great spot on Dataw

We stayed here with our two very young kids while visiting their great-grandparents who live on Dataw. It was the perfect option for us to have a space to spread out and not take over their home. Being next to the club house and in such a central location was great in terms of being able to run all over the island. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down!

Amazing views

Beautiful windows overlooking the salt marsh and golf course - watched dolphins swimming in the waterway while eating breakfast! Very enjoyable place to stay with all the comforts of home.

Updated and clean accommodation

We typically stay at the Bluffs in Dataw during large family gatherings. The location is great along with the use of the renovated pool and paddleball courts. Dataw has many activities available for the different aged groups we have. This Bluff was very clean and updated, we were very comfortable during our stay.

Exceptional Stay

Beautifully maintained, immaculate property. Scenic views of the golf course, river and marsh. Townhouse is very comfortable for a couple and is extremely private and quiet. Gated community offered added level of security. Perfect location for treks to nearby Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah and Hilton Head. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

We did the Christmas thing this year with family in the Beaufort area. 3 of us wanted our own little getaway instead of staying with 12 others in one house. Besides the obvious, we are extremely happy to have found this property. There was not 1 thing we would have changed regarding this villa. Location, cleanliness, Neiborhood and all other aspects were A+.

Awesome Location

Property was just as the pictures portrayed it. The location is great and plenty of amenities in the condo. My only issue was the condo was not cleaned the way it should have been. I own three condos and understand that things get missed but someone has to check to make sure the cleaning service is doing their job.

Love Dataw

Awesome view from the property. The floor in the master was buckled and was very loud and uncomfortable to walk on.. The kitchen faucet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off and the grill was tiny making it impossible to grill for 6 people. Cute decor but I would choose a different unit next time.
