Summary:
We provide all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. The Villa has a water dispenser with a 5 gallon jug of drinking water. We stock fresh bath and beach towels. The kitchen has cookware and place settings as well as a full-size refridgerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and blender.
The wifi is exellent and there is a large smart tv in the living room.
If there is anything you need, we live locally and we are happy to help!
The Space:
La Bella Vita is a beautiful development in Playa La Jolla. Playa La Jolla is located at the end of Playa Encanto; recognized as one of the best beaches in the region. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa is multi level with the first 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and the 2nd room, kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. There are 3 private patios as well as a pacious rooftop deck with both ocean and estuary views.
The Neighborhood:
La Bella Vita is within walking distance to the beach (just 2-5 minutes). It a beautiful, family friendly, gated community with 24 hour patrols. You can also drive and park at the beach access.
Nearby is the the Morua Estuary. The estuary is a great place to swim, fish, snorkel or kayak. You can visit the oyster farm for fresh osyters & crab tostadas (bring your own beverages).
The Encantame Resort has a cafe and high-end restaurant open to the public and there's a taco bar nearby too! If you're looking for more variety, it is a short 15 minute drive to town for ample shopping and restaurant opportunities. Sam's club and the Bodega are nearby if you wish to stock the fridge and pantry to cook in the Villa.
