Everything we wanted in a mountain cabin! Easy check-n, great communication with host, and very clean. Amazing view from the deck, especially from the hot tub! We were greeted with treat bags for the kids, and the cabin was decorated for the holidays- even the shower curtains were holiday-themed! We saw elk passing by in the morning- they came right up to the fence! Only 5 minutes from the amenities of Show Low. Very comfortable memory foam beds and various options for climate control made us comfortable throughout our stay. Our host, Sally, was great! Would stay here again.

Everyone had a great time!

The beautiful cabin was located in a quite neighborhood. We had no issues with noise or busy traffic. The yard was great for the kids to run around in. We could easily keep an eye on them from the comfortable wrap around porch. Amazing views from the outside and inside. It was a great get away to escape the heat and enjoy the outdoors. Will definitely will try and stay here again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting the area!

Sally was amazing to rent from

From the very beginning after booking our trip, Sally was great with communication. She quickly answered any questions I had. The house was exactly as described and accommodated my family perfectly. We had a couple issues while we were there. The first issue I actually told her not to worry about and if it became a problem I would let her know, she sent some one anyway to fix it because she wanted to make sure we felt comfortable. The second issue she sent someone over to fix it immediately (I'm talking the very next morning) and after that didn't fix the issue, her husband drove 3 hours to take care of it and even brought us a a gift bag with some goodies for the adults and a toy for my 3 year old! My family and I were beyond impressed and grateful for this level of customer service. I have stayed other places that I know wouldn't have cared so much. We will most definitely consider staying here again in the future if we need this size house again.

Absolutely AMAZING

we spend the Thanksgiving weekend at the cabin, and let me tell you... this place is everything you could dream of, minus the personal massage LOL. not only was communication with Sally and her husband excellent, but the cabin is cozy, we sat around the fire playing games and just spending much needed uninterrupted family time. The kitchen is fully stocked, although next time I will bring my own coffee and creamer, BONUS, there is a Safeway about a mile down the main road WITH a Starbucks (WIN!). We were able to prepare a FULL thanksgiving dinner and as I mentioned prior the kitchen has everything you need, including kid friendly dinnerware. The bed rooms are cozy and have their own mini split unit for added warmth/cooling. The bathrooms are also fully stocked with bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. They provide a cool mist humidifier which really helped since the heater drys up the air (i think) my favorite part, THE BEDS! I had THE best sleep, so much that I ordered the same pillows and mattress for my home. We weren't outside much but we did walk around the property and in the evening started a fire to make s'mores. (bring your own wood) The nights are dark, and on a clear night, the star gazing is beautiful! in town, people are welcoming and friendly. There are several family friendly parks and trails nearby. We will defiantly be returning and look forward to creating more memories at the cabin.

With a growing love for nature and the outdoors, my family and I have spent many years making memories up in the White Mountain area. We try and visit every chance we get, but have always dreamt of having a place of our very own.. to explore more, escape the summer heat, swim/fish at the lake, ski/snowboard up at Sunrise, and take on new adventures.

We have worked so hard trying to find the perfect place where we can relax, recharge, and spend quality time together. The 'Country Cabin' is just that! It's warm, cozy, private and on a beautiful, 1-acre lot. And the views.. WOW!
