Escape to The GrAy-Frame, a rustic yet modern A-Frame cabin nestled among the tall pines of Pinetop-Lakeside. This two-story cabin, featuring 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offers approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of cozy living space. Two bedrooms are located on the main level. Located just minutes from Lakeside's main attractions, you'll enjoy the convenience of nearby activities while retreating to the peacefulness of the fully fenced, dog-friendly yard. Relax on the spacious front deck or the screened-in porch, perfect for taking in the crisp mountain air. Gather around the gas firepit or bring your own wood to create a cozy fire in the wood firepit under the starry skies.

The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with a king bed, queen bed, two full beds, and a futon in the loft area. NO BUNK BEDS.

1.5 Bathrooms: No need to worry about bathroom traffic! The full bathroom on the main level features two separate vanity spaces for added convenience, and a half bath is available in the upstairs bedroom.

Outdoor Firepits: Share stories and roast marshmallows by either the gas or wood firepit—both options are available for your perfect outdoor evening.

Dog-Friendly Yard: Bring your furry family members along! The large, secure yard is the perfect space for them to enjoy the outdoors (cats not permitted).

Rustic Charm with Modern Comforts: The GrAy-Frame is thoughtfully decorated with warm, rustic charm and filled with natural light from its soaring ceilings. The open layout creates a cozy yet spacious feel, complemented by the many modern amenities you need—fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and two smart TVs to watch your favorite streaming platform.

Guests will have full access to the property with self-check-in via a secure, keyless entry system.

Home is surrounded by tall pines and in a community free from HOA regulations, due to that please take note that homes in the area will vary in size, style, and appearance which is common to the local area. There are neighbors on both side with private land directly across from the home providing extra privacy.

The cabin was perfect. So comfy cozy. Our dog loved the big fenced in yard. The cabin was super clean, well-stocked, and just great in all aspects. We will definitely re-book this property. A 10 rating from us!

We had such a great stay at the Gray frame cabin! Celebrated my grandmas birthday and loved the view, hammock for stargazing, all the yard games and central location. If I have any critique it would be the bed frames upstairs only because they were pretty creaky so I could hear my kids every movement in their sleep The gray frame was decorated so well I took pictures to replicate at my own house! Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us, you truly thought of everything and we loved our stay.

Wonderful Property in the Pines!

Wonderful cozy charming cabin in the pines. Gated yard for the pup and kiddos to feel safe and walk around. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a cool family weekend retreat from the desert heat!

Nice, quiet getaway

This is a historical cabin that has been updated and furnished pretty nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a sizeable lot with ample outdoor space. The outdoor furnishing and appliances are new and comfortable.

Cozy and Comfortable

We stayed in this lovely cabin while visiting family in the area and couldn't have been more pleased. The owners have created a sweet little getaway that is very nicely decorated because we visited in December, they even decorated it with a Christmas Tree and stockings to name a few of the little touches that mean so much. We Highly recommend this adorable and historic cabin.

Best Family Getaway

My husband & I have needed an escape with our young kids for a while, so for his birthday he asked for a stay at a cabin up north to escape our fall heat in the city. This was the best decision. We booked last minute, maybe 2 days before & got away for 2 nights after work on a Friday. The cabin is PERFECTION. It had everything you could imagine & is organized so perfectly. Sitting in hammock with my kids, s'mores by the fire, and watching the kids play tether ball are among my favorite memories for this vacation. This is the best rental we have stayed at, out of a few different states. Hands down will rent here again!

Quaint Cabin in the woods

Property was awesome. First time using VRBO and I'm hooked. The cabin had every amenity. Usually when we travel, we bring a lot to be comfortable. This property had it all. Large fenced in property. We travel with a pet most times and bring towels, food and bowls. They had it to include treats. The cabin was well mainrained. Would absolutely return. My only complaint is if we had more than a family of 5. It only had one shower. Overall, recommend highly.
