Joe Creek Inn- Unique Home

Joe Creek Inn is in Pacific Beach and is a one of a kind home that sits on a half of an acre park like setting. It is on a creek with  beach access.  You can watch the tides change from the wrap around deck and have nice family gatherings in the huge yard with a fire pit.The kitchen and living room are open concept perfect for group gatherings. The first level in handicap accessible with wide hallways and the bathroom has a roll in shower with grab bars. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath and a half bath. The loft area upstairs has 3 twins and a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath are all on the second floor with ocean views.
Dogs ok with an additional fee, no cats, No Smoking

Another Great Stay at Joe Creek

Perfect!

This location is absolutly perfect, and the great house was the cherry on top. We felt right at home in this cozy house. Everything was cleaned well, there was a lot of space for our family of 9, and we had a blast. Thank you for shaeinf this home with us for Christmas, we will be back!!

We had such a great time. The house was perfect and such a beautiful location. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen was pretty well supplied with the cooking tools and utensils we needed since we cooked in most of the time.One suggestion I have is to supply more dish cloths and dish towels since there is no dishwasher.Another suggestion for guests is to take a screenshot or memorize the lockbox code before you arrive because the cell signal is very weak. When we got to the house, we couldn't pull up the message with the code so we had to drive to the convenience store to get some reception.

Private creek beach front & lots of space.

Lots of private beach front! Fireplace, bbq grill and main bathroom were very nice. Beds are extra soft. We had plenty of space for a family of 10 get together. Kitchen could use updating but was adequate.

Great location and amenities

Very nice large house right on Joe Creek. Fairly secluded with a large beach area beyond the yard. Creek is great for kids as it is shallow and runs slowly. Lots of varieties of birds for those bird watchers. Only suggestion for improvement would be to add an outlet to allow EVs to charge.

Hard entry, easy living

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. Away from hustle and bustle. Sleepy little town with just enough to fill our needs. Larger towns just minutes away. Home was very comfortable and near beach. We had dogs with us and they enjoyed the stay as well. The only drawback to the property is that it is does not have a handicap accessible entry. A ramp would make the place perfect.

Great stay close to the beach

House was well suited at the end of the road right on the creek, just a short walk up the sand to the beach. We ate out so the short drive to town and seabrook was great. There was plenty of room in the house and nice options for seating outside to watch the geese and bald eagles in the creek. A short careful walk down the rock retaining wall and you are right on the sand. The main highway is across the creek but road noise wasn’t an issue. It’s right next to the campgrounds but again the occasional noise wasn’t too much for us.

Home away from home

Spent 3 nights in December. We walked on the beach in front of the house, beachcombed on the ocean beach just a couple of hundred yards around the corner finding lots of shells or birds along the edge. Built a camp fire the last night. We visited tge little area just south of gas house, Seabrook, where we could buy groceries, books or gifts and made our own candles. This is an excellent location and room for a large family or group like ours, and the dogs who clearly enjoyed the room on the beach and yard.

Family Fantastic

Lots of indoor and outdoor space for our family (three generations) to spend time together and apart. The quiet creek with the sandy beach in the backyard was perfect for our 7-year-old midwestern granddaughter, who was a little intimidated by the power of the ocean, and for our toddler grandson, who is entirely fearless. We appreciated having a nice, safe dipping pool while still being able to walk out to the mouth of the river and experience the full awesomness of the Pacific Ocean.The inside had plenty of seating and activity areas both upstairs and down. The outside had a great deck with lots of chairs and side tables with a propane grill and a seeded lawn. There was even a tieout for our dog.Property Management was very easy to work with and responded graciously to our questions. Thank you! We'll be back next year.
