También contamos con un Snack Bar con servicio a domicilio de 11:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m. ¡Gimnasio al aire libre en el Roof Top!

El departamento cuenta con amplios espacios, buena altura y mucha luz natural por las ventanas. Sala de estar con revestimiento de piel, muy cómoda. Cocina equipada con refrigerador grande. Lavadora y secadora en el departamento. La habitación principal cuenta con una cómoda cama King size. Pantalla con TV por cable y Netflix, cortinas blackout.
El baño principal cuenta con vestidor, muy espacioso. La regadera tiene muy buena presión e incluye champú, jabones, crema corporal, etc. La recámara secundaria cuenta con una cama matrimonial, un espejo grande y un clóset. El baño secundario también cuenta con buena presión de agua, toallas, champú, etc. Ambas habitaciones tienen muy buena iluminación y cortinas opacas.

¡Jardín en la azotea con vistas increíbles! Áreas verdes, gimnasio al aire libre, piscina climatizada con vista al Parque España, centro de negocios, Snack Bar con servicio a domicilio y piscina. Hamacas, mesas para comer, ping pong, baños, ¡todo! La piscina está climatizada las 24 horas. La opción perfecta para relajarse y tomar el sol antes de volver a casa.
El Snack Bar abre de 11:00 a 18:00. Tienen un menú bastante amplio y saludable para todas las edades. Las margaritas y los cócteles son increíbles.

El edificio cuenta con servicio de valet parking sin costo adicional; solo deja tu auto y lo estacionan en el cajón designado. También tienes estacionamiento y todas las comodidades del edificio. ¡Aprovéchalo! Verás lo increíble que es alojarse en un lugar con tantas comodidades, las mejores vistas y atardeceres, especialmente en otoño e invierno. Todo está muy cerca, así que puedes ir a pie, en moto o en bicicleta. La zona cuenta con caminos especiales para bicicletas. Atención al cliente disponible durante tu estancia de 8:00 a 22:00. Conozco muy bien la ciudad; si necesitas recomendaciones sobre lugares o actividades, no dudes en preguntar. Vivo en la torre de al lado, así que estoy muy cerca para ayudarte.

Everything was as advertised — very nice location, clean, comfortable, easy communication with Horacio, who responded quickly and helpfully. Only minor downside was construction noise next door starting at 8am daily.

Great location, suite, and host!

Our host Horacio was super helpful and responsive. The suite was very modern and secure, comfortable beds and space. The rooftop pool and lounge were on par with an upscale hotel. The location was absolutely perfect: tree-lined, amazing parks, super safe, walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants, and high end supermarket. Surprisingly quiet at night, too. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect Condessa vacation

Great management- apartment is so well equipped. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and sofas. The rooftop with pool is such an extra place to hang out. The cool up there is the best and we often ate our lunch there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfection

We loved our stay in this condo that we've alreay secured it for a month next year. The location couldn't be better as it is close to hundreds of restaurants. The two parks are perfect for morning and evening walks and feel completely safe. The condo is just as pictures and Horacio, the host, is extremely responsive to any questions. The rooftop pool is icing on the cake. We look forward to our return.

Apartment in Condessa

We stayed here three nights to check it out. We have also rented it for three weeks in January and wanted to check it out prior to a more extended stay. We were very pleased with the apartment, check in process, communication with the owner and the neighborhood. The apartment is lovely and the rooftop pool, snack bar and bar are a nice addition. The owner supplied bottled water and there's a water filter on the kitchen sink. My only negative and it's only a negative for me is, I like to cook and the kitchen isn't very well equiped for much food preparation. I will have to bring my own knives, wine opener, etc. Not a big deal because most people eat out rather than cook in. I also wish the apartment was closer to a subway station but we will figure it out. All in all, I think we'll be very happy on our extended stay.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mexico City: A Five-Star Review

From our seamless communication with Vrbo contacts, available whenever needed, to the fantastic location right across from Parque Mexico and a stone's throw from vibrant shops, cafes, and restaurants, our stay was exceptional. The condo delivered exactly as promised: a cozy home with ample closet space and a dinner table set for six. We regretfully didn't have time to enjoy the rooftop pool, gym, and lounge area, but it looked inviting. Special mention to the friendly and wonderful security staff who made us feel safe and welcomed. This Condo offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and superb service—truly a hidden gem in Mexico City.

Great property and location

Property lived up to expectations and as advertised. Location was perfect and property was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the Snack Bar was not operational as the two of us were planning to order coffee and breakfast snacks. Good thing we brought our own. The rooftop and pool were a big selling point and lived up to expectations. I would recommend property to others and I would stay in the same property if opportunity arises.

Enjoying the City

This was an excellent place to stay and Horacio was an excellent host. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and met all our needs. Security was excellent and very courteous. The roof top was exceptional with great views, a beautiful pool, and excellent gym facilities. A grocery store is .2 miles away in easy walking distance. This place is also surrounded by coffee cafes and many food places. There is a beautiful park in front of the condos and an even bigger park one block from the back of the condo. Overall, this place was very enjoyable and we will look to go back in the future. Great time!

Great Location

Perfect location for exploring Mexico City. Host was helpful. Good communication. When a small issue arose, we called, and was resolved shortly thereafter. Rooftop gym and pool were great amenities.

Ideal for a city break

Most importantly for us the location was ideal. La Condesa is charming and perfect for a city break. Horacio, the host is a welcoming person and will happily help you to arrange your free time in CDMX. Great views!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is fantastic, and the staff at the complex are extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the owner was kind and very responsive to the couple of things we needed assistance with. The pool and lounge area on top of the building gave us many opportunities to begin and extend our days. The views were breathtaking, the swimming pool was the perfect temperature, the snack bar was a great addition and the bartender/chef added great value to our trip!

Phenomenal location

You cannot pick a better location in Mexico City... this property is well-managed, clean, safe, and sits between two great parks. The rooftop pool, workout room and "yard" is an incredible feature that provides an escape from the busy streets with great sunset views. The owner is very attentive and lives on site. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great Condo and Facility!

We had a lovely stay at this property and would highly recommend. This is a great location with great amenities. The communication was easy and great. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool deck and outdoor space was beautiful. We would definitely come and stay again in this perfect neighborhood!! Colonia Condesa is the Hipster neighborhood that you must visit. Everything can be obtained by walking, shops, restaurants, galleries, self-service, bicycle lanes, and a thousand other things. In front of Parque España and a few steps from Parque México. A few minutes from Reforma. The most vibrant neighborhood in Mexico City. If you go sightseeing, everything is close by, the museums, the Angel, Col Roma, Polanco, you can visit them all on foot or by bike. Not to mention the new terraces where the DJs put on the best atmosphere. You will also enjoy its famous Art Deco architecture and its corridors on the streets of Amsterdam. If you are an athlete, you are going to love it.
