Cross Creek Club 24 is a newly renovated 1 bed, 1 bath pet-friendly vacation rental townhome in Destin, FL that sleeps 4. It has a community pool and is located just a few steps from the gorgeous beaches of Destin, FL and Miramar Beach.


Upon entering this updated pet-friendly vacation rental home, Cross Creek Club 24, you're presented with an updated and beautifully decorated living area and open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal and brand new stainless steel appliances. The cozy living and dining areas offers plenty of seating for the whole family. Located in the living area you will find an HDTV and queen sleeper sofa. The master room offers a king bed. A full size bathroom is located off the bedroom and common areas with a shower/tub combination. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the private patio. Conveniently located in this home you will find a washer and dryer as well. It's the perfect home for a single family vacation to Destin, FL!


The Cross Creek Club offers a community pool and is just a short 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access. This vacation rental is also located near several attractions, shopping, beachfront dining, and live entertainment. While on vacation in Destin, FL be sure to check out The Track, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, HarborWalk Village, Pompano Joes, The Crab Trap, The Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and several golf courses!


Please note the HOA only allows 1 vehicle per unit and does not allow golf carts

Great place to stay

The condo wasn’t humid which is unusual near the ocean. Great bed, lovely sheets, and plenty of towels. Loved our stay and can’t wait to rebook.

Everything was good.

Clean unit and surrounding area, great location and walking distance to the public beach access entrance, will definitely choose this place next year. PS For dog owners, the beach does not allow dogs at all.

The only down side was there were small pieces of glass that I stepped on in the bedroom and had gotten stuck in my foot from more than likely previous vacationers.Maintenance came quickly due to an issue with the wifi and was very nice. We definately would stay there again!

Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup.

Lots of stairs

The condo was fine. It is a 2nd floor walk up which is not stated anywhere in the property details. We are older and i would not have chosen this condo had i known. We had to struggle with our luggage and groceries because of the stairs. Also the bath tub did not have grab bars so it did not feel safe for us. Next time i will pay more attention to details! On the plus side, Glass Casa was wonderful to work with. We had issues with the wifi and the TV and they came out promptly to service both. They answered any questions i had and were always cheerful. This is not a luxury condo but for the price it was great. Close to the beach, dining and attractions. Our stay was enjoyable.

2 Month Stay

My spouse and I stayed at this VRBO for about two months during the summer. The location is perfect! It's a short walk to Miramar Beach, which quickly became our favorite place to relax. The unit itself had everything we needed: a spacious living room, functional kitchen, comfortable bedroom, a shower/tub in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer in unit. The management company was also VERY attentive and responsive to any needs we had. We communicated via text the whole time but I never had to wait very long for a response. We brought our dog with us and she also loved the unit. Plenty of grassy areas within the complex to walk her around. There are only 3 things we wished were better from this unit and they were: stronger water pressure from the shower, the patio/balcony has a table and chairs but it's open and connected to the walkway on the second floor so we couldn't let our dog out with us, and lastly, there is a mildew smell coming from the cabinets and drawers in the bathroom, so we didn't feel comfortable using that area to store toiletries.
