This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor and is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living area has a sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to have a maximum of 4 people. With 2 TVs and a full sized kitchen you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Note: Gulfview does not have elevators. No Pets Allowed.

Miramar’s Beach Fl Sand Susan and Soul

This a lovely condo directly across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Very clean close to everything. Beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing. Perfect location. Easy access to beach/restaurants, etc. etc. Condo was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and will return in the near future.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first beach trip with our 15 month old daughter, and she had a great time. The location was great--right across the street from the beach. Private access was great and there was always plenty of space to set up our stuff. Property was very clean upon arrival and there were plenty of amenities. One thing I didn't think to bring was hand soap, so make sure to add that to your packing list! Over all we had a great experience and it was the perfect place for our little family of 3 to have our first beach trip together.

Just steps away from the beach

In town for a wedding as well as some much needed beach therapy. We loved that the unit was literally across the street from the beach entrance, and that we were provided with umbrella and chairs. Our rental was super clean, and cozy. Perfect for two guest, may be a challenge for 2+,since there's only one bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to "dine in", and the refrigerator ice maker works well too. Make sure to bring a bag of starter ice though. We struggled with getting the coffee maker to work, so ended up running out for our morning cup of joe. Lots of restaurants and beach bars within walking distance also a plus. The grounds, and surrounding property are well cared for, and clean. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The unit is a great location to the beach (directly across the road) with a view of the water, walking distance to many restaurants (Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's, Whales Tail). Unit is quiet, we did not hear any neighbors. Easy to take a 4-5mile walk from the unit. Would stay again.

Great stay for couples

My husband and I had an amazing stay here. It was a little smaller than I expected, but big enough for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable but did squeak when you rolled over. The decor was amazing. We loved sitting on the porch. The beach was a short walk across the street and you are in paradise. We would stay here again.

Loved this unit!

We love this complex and have usually stayed in the back units, but this time we rented the front ocean view and loved it!! It is beautifully decorated and close to restaurants. Definitely will rent this unit again!
