Fantastic stay! The apartment had everything we needed, was absolutely spotless, and was very charming with all of the original character kept even though it’s been updated to have all the modern amenities. Plus little extras to make our dog welcome! Great neighborhood near restaurants, the Eastman Museum, and the Eastman school of music.

Adorable - comfortable - friendly

Great! Great! Great!

This was the second time we stayed in Melanie's apartment. This time it was for a month while we visited family and friends in the Rochester area. The location was centrally located for us, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood was peaceful and near Cobbs Hill Park, where we walked our dog in the morning. The apartment was very clean, full of light and had plenty of room. We did make meals at the apartment and found the kitchen to be well equipment for our cooking needs. Communication with Melanie before, during, and after our stay was excellent. We did meet Melanie and her husband and enjoyed chatting with them. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent from Melanie for another month next summer.

Charming and modern

We stayed here for a short few days to visit our son attending Eastman. WE LOOOOOOVED this adorable place. Everything was super clean. Beds comfy. It is well appointed. They left treats and dog waste bags for our mini schnauzer & treats for us-just so thoughtful. It made it extra special. We will definitely come here again if they'll have us (we hope so!). Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Neighborhood!

My husband and I enjoyed two nights staying in this beautiful older home with gorgeous Stained Glass and leaded glass windows. Our host Melanie was extremely accommodating and helped out whenever we needed anything. Everything was clean and tidy, and all necessities were provided. The downstairs apartment was beautifully decorated with comfortable seating; this is just a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for your time away from home needs.

Well maintained and tastefully (not overly) decorated unit with the property manager close at hand for restaurant suggestions, questions, and friendly banter. Appreciated being able to have our small dog with us --- and appreciated the dog blankets! We needed a peaceful retreat during a Rochester visit that included a memorial service and other emotional family events --- this unit fit the bill perfectly! Amazingly clean - Great location

It was easy to find and settle into. Our host quickly made sure we were set up and that we had wifi. The house had a nice kitchen, fridge, and silverware. It felt like home for the short time we were there
