Fire pit at night with your favorite beverage. Spacious ranch with open floor plan. One master bedroom w/bathroom and 3 other bedrooms, hallway full bathroom, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and an office or work space for those guests working away from office.Laundry in basement.

Spectacular stay! This was our best stay yet bringing my daughter back to college! The house is magnificent, exactly as pictured!!! so much attention to detail, everything you could possibly need at a home away from home, great communication with Host, perfect location, Plenty of space to gather, and also to have your own privacy… pool and fire pit were such nice additional features!!!All good things here !!! Will definitely rent again!!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!

This property was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds and swimmingin the pool. The house had all the essential items and more. I will stay here again.

I’m not sure how it’s to rate this more than five stars but if I could, I would, the property is absolutely amazing.! The owners are super sweet go above and beyond for their guest. All the little necessities you will need are right there. The pool was well-maintained and the house was clean And a quiet residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. ! The only thing I was missing was a hot tub But There’s even a bonus room that can be used for study or work a fire pit area and a hiking trail right across the street

We had an excellent stay here. The home was beautiful inside and out. The pool area was awesome with lots of seating. The house was decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and the host was extremely easy to communicate with. The location was also great, easy to find and a very walkable neghborhood. I will look here first next time I’m in Rochester. Beatriz was awesome to work with!

We had 8 girlfriends stay here! It was the best time we've have staying somewhere in the 20 plus years of going to Rochester! I highly recommend this place! The owners were amazing and on spot with everything!

Perfect Space for a Visit to Rochester!

Pictures don't do this home justice. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, very clean, great outdoor space and conveniently located to shopping. What more can you ask for! Space was perfect for my mother-in-law who is 84 and has accessibility issues. Beatriz was wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing Ranch in Henrietta

We used the house for a home-base for college tours and it was perfect. Any store you might need was no more than a 7 minute drive, as were a host of restaurants. The pool wasn't useable due to the time of year, but in the summer it would be great. In the event our son chooses RIT and we have to return to the Rochester area, we would definitely rent again.

Amazing spot

This is the second time staying at this place. It was perfect for what we needed for the weekend of curling at the Rochester Curling Club. As a team of 4, we all had our own rooms. The place is very clean and has everything you need to cook meals if necessary. The location is a short drive to many restaurants and amenities in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and very Welcoming

The house was bigger inside than expected. Everything was up to date or new. Every amenity that you would need for an extended stay. The host was lovely and very helpful, Very close to downtown Rochester/groceries/gas station. Would come again. A very enjoyable stay!!

Just spectacular.

We’ve stayed in a lot of properties over the past decade, not only for work but also while visiting family. Sometimes, the house is less than what we’d hope for. Not here. This is an exceptional property. The host makes that extra effort to ensure that someone who’s traveling from far away, feels not only comfortable but at home when they arrive. The property was not only exceptionally clean, but was decorated for the holidays given our arrival in mid-December. The kitchen is well stocked; important feature because we cook when we travel. The beds gave us all a good night sleep. It was exceptionally cold due to the time of year and the house was a warm comfortable sanctuary for us to spend a long weekend in the Rochester area. Sometimes when writing these reviews, there’s a hesitation to note just how good the experience was (it’s true!) because if you say too many nice things, everyone else will rent it and we’ll have trouble acquiring a future reservation. But we depend heavily on reviews so here’s the long and the short: It’s a great property and we’re very glad we had the opportunity to stay. The host is responsive and available and if you’re in the Rochester area, you should stay at this house.

Exceptional host, clean and comfortable home

This is a typical ranch house in a typical neighborhood, but exceptionally clean and well cared for. The host has every convenience. With 8 family members we were more than comfortable. Very telling, as it was checkout time my wife said, "Can't we just stay here." The neighborhood is quiet, yet the location has quick access to freeways with lots of stores nearby.

Beautiful Home & Property

We stayed in for a guys golf weekend and everything was as advertised. Beautiful and clean home with a great backyard to enjoy after our rounds of golf. The host was great and the communication and check in process was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

Great House! Great location!

Absolutely loved this home away from home! Very clean, comfortable and well maintained! Pool was wonderful for the kids and adults loved the sitting area close to the pool! The beds are very comfortable! Would highly recommend this vacation home for families! Was close to everything. Hostess is amazing and kept close contact with us for every need we had.

Comfortable Home

This house was very convenient to much of Rochester--RIT, downtown, etc. our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

I grew up in the north of Mexico in a little town (a pueblo) where the weather was the opposite of Rochester!!!! It is hot and sunny most of the time!!! Well, fate would have it that I would end up marrying my husband, a Rochesterian, and I have lived here for 35 years ever since. I love Rochester, except for the long winter, but I absolutely enjoy the summer time. I have deep roots here including my children, who were all born here in this lovely city. I enjoy outdoor activities, love reading and traveling, and my love of people has made hosting come naturally. I take alot of pride in all the work I do to make my guests' stay as comfortable as possible. It brings me great pleasure to do what I do, and I will continue to honor the title of Superhost!!

I chose this beautiful home for its great location! Everything is nearby: two large chain grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping plazas and mall, urgent care and hospitals, pharmacies, colleges, and highways. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood and near my primary residence to be available whenever my guests need assistance .
