Beautiful river property with 4 bedrooms

A great getaway by the river where you can take
your family on many memorable adventures. You
can fish, swim, or kayak. This property is a 15
minute drive to Cultus Lake where you can spend
the day at one of the biggest water parks in the
Fraser Valley. After a long day, bring your family
back to our warm estate and fire up the grill for a nice Barbecue. This is the upper two floors of the whole house and tenants live in basement (nice family ).

Host was quick in responding to my questions. Kitchen lacking knives, not enough towels, parking wasn’t clear. Would be nice if there was a binder in the home giving information on fireplace, garbage, check out instructions. Was told a few days ahead of check in that the dishwasher wasn’t working.

Wonderful place to stay in Chilliwack! The house is spacious and well equipped for groups or families. We loved walking the river path and strolling around the pretty neighbourhood. Don’t miss the coffee truck at Peach Park! Everything is in close proximity to walk or drive.

Great stay

Perfect for our family. Not really a complaint, but we love to cook, so we could have used some larger bowls and pots. Nice neighbors, and we will definitely stay there again!

Clean house, good location and excellent communication.

Had a great time with my friends and family. All bedrooms were clean. Host communication was super fast and the houseware and amenity was perfect for our stay. Wish I had more time to spend there!

Home away from Home

Fantastic place to stay. It has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with lots of space for our group. Because of the event we were participating in, we did not have much spare time but also enjoyed the nearby trails and hospitality of Chilliwack and area. Was always nice to come "home" each evening to enjoy Sophia's home she shared with us.

Nice big house by the river

Spent Christmas here with my family. Had a great stay. The house is big and the beds were comfy. We had terrible weather but the house stayed warm and we were comfortable. There are numerous trails nearby and the Vedder river trail is less than a 5 minute walk away and there is an off leash area for dogs right across the street. Great neighborhood and a great house, overall highly recommended!

Great house

We were in the area for our son’s wedding and wanted a place that would have our family comfortably. This house worked well. There were four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We did have an issue with one shower but we’re able to make things run smoothly. Communication was excellent. Greatly appreciated!

Clean and comfortable

The host provide direct contact and we contacted her a couple of times during our stay and she answered right away both times! Everything was great so the only thing I would recommend is cleaning the cloth couches in the living room. The leather couches were fine though.

Family Get Together

Beautiful home. Worked great for my family. 2 brothers stayed with my husband and me and 3 more family members joined us for dinner. Loved the dining room and huge table. We did have a problem with the TV as none of us oldies are techy and as it is a great tv = smart tv we did not know how to operate it. I would suggest an instruction sheet be left.

Bike trip

Good basic accommodation. Able to store our bikes safely in the garage. We were not aware there is a renter in the basement suite but it was not a significant issue. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is sparse for supplies (no wine glasses etc). A little dusty on upper surfaces but bathrooms etc were clean. Overall a good stay.

Nice house for friends but not very clean

This house in terms of layout had everything my a group of 8 couples needed, a nice backyard with a basketball hoop and trampoline, the kitchen and living room being next to eachother, a very big and nice master bed, etc. the only thing is that we also weren’t told that there were tenants living in the basement. One night they knocked on the backyard door in the middle of the night and it startled all of the girls. Not only that but there were blinds, specifically in one of the bedrooms that were already broken and when we tried using it, it would fall apart. We spent like 30 minutes trying to put it together but we realized there was already a hook missing. Lastly, the beds didn’t seem cleaned because everyone started feeling sick and having sore throats after our first night and apparently the “cleaner” comes can come in 2 hours before the next airbnb stay but the washing machine can barely fit 1 set of bedsheets and there are no extras to change.

Family wedding stay

This is a lovely home but not very clean. A Sign in the entry request that you remove shoes. The floor was too dirty to comply! Upper floor was ok. This property is misrepresented in the listing. We thought we were renting a 5 bedroom, whole house. The lower floor was locked and we expect that is where the fifth bedroom is. The bbq worked once only . We tried a new tank but to no avail. The gym is a huge piece of exercise equipment between the living and dining room. No welcome book with instructions for things like the tv, bbq, etc. Extra towels needed for a full week. A very nice house but the whole property not very clean. Chicken bones littered the path beside the house leading to the backyard for example. We would have expected better for the price.
