Bright & clean, remodeled CD'A bungalow. (2022) The home is centrally located to all the fun of downtown and the lake! (1.1 Miles).
Upon walking in you will find a cozy mid-century modern/farmhouse atmosphere. The house has Air Conditioning with high-speed Wi-fi and smart TV's.
This Unit A is the gorgeous main level of a split-level bungalow. This home has its own private driveway, private front entrance and shared backyard. (There is also a basement unit with it's own separate entrance. At times, this may be occupied by another guest.)
Enjoy cooking a full meal in the new kitchen, walking 5- 10 min to a Midtown restaurant or brewery or taking a 3 min drive to Sherman Ave, downtown's hotspot! The host provides a detailed guidebook of all their favorite local places!
Stocked with fun board games, you can enjoy family time or send the kids to the upstairs bonus room to hang out/watch tv while the adults sip wine in the backyard or front porch.

Hello! We are your local hosts, Matt and Selina.
We have lived in the area for 40+ years. We have three children but are getting close to the empty nester stage!
Matt has owned a structural engineering business for 25 years in town and Selina is an interior designer.
Coeur d'Alene is full of so much to do and we will happily share all the special places with you. Upon arrival I have a full guide book ready and waiting for you.
We love to play pickleball, travel (Selina just got back from Portugal with her daughter!) eat sushi, and rides motorcycles. We absolutely love hanging in town and camping in the Great Northwest.

Matt and Selina have always adored midtown/downtown CD'A and were very excited to be able to purchase this 1905 bungalow. They love doing the vacation rental scene but are also excited for the possibility that when their children are older they could stay locally in this home.

Being in a historic neighborhood, Matt and Selina love the unique characteristics of the 1905 American Bungalow. During the remodel, they got to keep a lot of the quaint characteristics of a home in that era. Be aware of the steps for the small sunken living room and mudroom which is unique to that era. They hope you love the home and it's atmosphere as much as they do!
