Te sorprenderá Casa Índigo, una casa moderna inmaculada con una decoración magnífica y vistas impresionantes del lago en casi todas las ventanas. Disfrutarás de la sensación de privacidad y aislamiento a solo 5-10 minutos de las playas públicas, los parques, las tiendas, los restaurantes y el entretenimiento del centro de Coeur d'Alene. Ya sea que estés planeando un viaje familiar o una escapada para una pareja, adorarás las comodidades y la ubicación.

Esta casa de tres pisos y tres habitaciones cuenta con un dormitorio y baño en cada nivel. Rodeado de ventanas con vistas al lago, el espacioso dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta principal. Dormirá plácidamente en la cama king debajo de un impresionante techo abovedado e incluso habrá una chimenea de gas. El baño principal adjunto tiene una ducha de pie para su rutina de la mañana y una bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse después de un largo día de exploración. 

Uno arriba y otro abajo, los otros dos dormitorios de la casa tienen dos camas queen. El dormitorio de la planta baja también cuenta con acceso privado a un pequeño patio con sillas y vistas al lago, perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana. Sin conexión a las habitaciones, el nivel superior e inferior ambos tienen grandes baños completos con ducha / bañera.

El nivel principal de la sala de estar alberga la cocina de gama alta, completamente equipada. Entre las encimeras de azulejos y la isla de cocina de azulejos con capacidad para cuatro, hay mucho espacio para preparar comidas mientras disfruta del sol entrando. Junto a la cocina se encuentra el acogedor comedor con una hermosa mesa de madera con capacidad para seis personas. La proximidad de la isla y la mesa permite una conversación fácil dondequiera que estés sentado. Ubicado en frente de muchas ventanas grandes, la sala de estar cuenta con un impresionante (y cómodo) sofá índigo, TV por cable y vistas panorámicas del bosque y el lago que disfrutará durante su viaje.

Dirígete al aire libre para disfrutar de un ambiente relajado y lleno de comodidades. Con una porción superior e inferior, la plataforma de la casa es absolutamente fantástica. Aquellos que disfrutan de cenas al aire libre estarán encantados de ver la gran mesa con capacidad para seis. Esta área también está equipada con muchos asientos adicionales y mesas auxiliares, además de un fantástico fogón de gas para las noches.

This house has amazing lake views from every room. Convenient location, 7-8 min to downtown Coeur D Alene. There are biking and walking trails along the lake. Smooth check in and check out.

Spacious home, great location with view of the lake and just down the road from the bald eagles. We had 5 adults and we were very comfortable.

Summer Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here for the 2nd part of our family vacation. We had bikes and the trail to the park and downtown was easily accessible (about a 2 mile ride). We loved our relaxing nights in the spa and the views are breathtaking! We would recommend staying here!

We loved this lake house. Views were spectacular from all rooms. Loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Location was perfect, with a few minutes to downtown Couer D'Alene, and to other areas. Would recommend Tony's by the Lake for dinner, just a short drive. Would come back again! (the house definitely accommodates a more adult crowd as an fyi)

Everything was easy and seamless. Do wish they could add a rocker chair in main room though. The one upstairs master bedroom was great but one in main living room overlooking wonderful view would be awsome. Everything was very nicly organized thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful property. Large picture windows of the lake and lots of towels/ kitchen appliances like coffee pod maker and hot tub. Bring pods for your am coffee. Very nice complete setup for your stay.

Very comfortable and awesome views......

The Silver Beach Retreat was awesome, exactly what we were looking for. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the deck, sitting in the rocking chair, looking at the lake.

The house is beautiful. The area is beautiful. We were disappointed that the rental company could never explain why the code was changed in the middle of stay.

Relaxing Home

The house had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Deer were walking around the house in the morning and evenings. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. Very close to the restaurants and shops. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home. Stunning view! Only thing I would change is to have the couch in the living room and the bed in the master turned around to face the lake! Well stocked kitchen. Would go back again!

This home was perfect for our family with two teens, everyone got their own bathroom and own space. The views were incredible from every window in this nice, quiet neighborhood. Checking in was flawless and the furnishings were updated and felt like home. Kitchen was fully equipped with a regular drip coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker and a gourmet toaster. Full size fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with large washer and dryer and laundry soap was included! There was a BBQ and hot tub and other outdoor spaces but we did not use as it was too hot while we were there. Overall a wonderful vacation. Only improvement would be beach chairs to use.

Beautiful Views

The property looked as listed. I rented the home because of the views, which did not disappoint. Also, for the outdoor patio. The outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was not well stocked, missing things like casserole pans, aluminum foil and salt and pepper. My comforter had coffee stains. For those reasons I cannot give it a 5 star rating. We did very much enjoy our stay and with those improvements I would highly recommend.

Stayed 5 nights. Was a beautiful location/setting. Unfortunately, wildfire smoke spoiled the view the last 2 days. But a lovely location. Would prefer contact via text over email. Email replies to our questions took several days to arrive in our inbox. Negatives: Kitchen floor was quite dirty, mold on the deck, kitchen drawers kind of a mess, food scraps in the silverware drawer, yard weedy and overgrown. For the price paid for cleaning, I think they're cutting corners. But certainly enjoyed the views and the quiet neighborhood. Overall nice place.
