Tan pronto como entras por la puerta de este condominio a nivel del suelo, has comenzado a relajarte. El gran ventanal con vistas al río y al océano, y la costa de Monterey en la distancia, siempre son visibles desde la sala de estar (sala de estar de estilo abierto, cocina y comedor).

Desde los 2 sofás de la sala de estar, puede leer tranquilamente, encender fuego (en las noches frescas o en invierno) o ver una película.
Si elige cocinar, no tiene que estar lejos de las vistas al aire libre y puede disfrutar de una cocina totalmente equipada para preparar la hora feliz de la playa o de ponerse el salmón para la cena. Las puertas de cristal de la sala de estar lo llevarán a la cubierta, donde probablemente disfrutará de la mayoría de las comidas. (Los pelícanos suelen proporcionar entretenimiento fascinante).

El dormitorio principal, con cama King California y televisión, tiene su propio baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, sofá y cama nido. Hay un colchón doble hinchable. Lavadora y secadora. Parrilla eléctrica. Acceso a Internet.

A much needed "unplug and recharge" was what we were after, and the condo was absolutely spot on for that. Located at the end of the dunes, in a very secure development, with the comforts of home. We enjoyed the well equipped condo, the lovely views, and the easy access / walk to the beach. It didn't hurt that we also enjoyed sunny skies and a comfortable temperature while there. We look forward to a future return trip!

Met my adult kids here for a weekend stay. We had the best time. The place had everything we needed from extra towels to extra kitchen items. The beach is an easy walk away and the town is an easy drive for any anything that is missed. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the privacy of being next-to-the-last unit — it felt like we had that whole area to ourselves. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, so having the privacy, yet quick access to the beach made it a perfect place for us to stay. Our only regret was that we didn't bring binoculars!. Such a peaceful, relaxing spot — we’d definitely stay again.

Accommodations were very comfortable. Well maintained and modern amenities. Well stocked kitchen utensils, cutlery and plenty of bowls, pans, etc. easy access to beach. Will chose again!

It was a great place to stay. It was very roomy and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the place. It was well stocked with everything. It was quiet and the beach was empty even on the weekend. The building was the furthest from the beach on Pelican Point but the walk was pretty easy and flat. They did have a tennis court and basketball court on the property but was driving distance away from the place. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow, where to start …our stay at Pelican 75 was just wonderful. The unit is perfectly located on the first floor with a nice covered deck outside the family room and master. The deck stairs lead down to the beach walk way.The place is literally steps from the beach.The decor inside was pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen was quite well stocked with appliances and dishes; really everything a family might need . The TV was a Roku and very easy to use with good internet service.The game closet was well stocked and the closet has lots of beach supplies available.The host was quite responsive, literally an instant friendly response to a question I had . Also, the information packet I received was useful regarding local area details. The description says it all… “ to calm the soul “. Can’t wait to return . Thank you !

Great short beach trip

We only were staying in pajaro dunes 2 days for a quick beach trip. It always is a fun time and we have stayed at this unit many times. It is in a great spot with a great view and the owners are wonderful Thank you again!

Amazing location, cozy and clean

This place was great in every way. Comfortable, clean, full of everything you might need. Can’t beat the location; it was so quiet and lovely. It was the perfect getaway with our kids (aged 6 and 9).

This property came just as advertised: A perfect getaway!! The views, the birds, the beach - all were truly calming to the soul. Sunny weather provided perfect beach combing by day and amazing sunsets at night. Accommodations and amenities were quite suitable for my two sisters and me as we approach our golden years! Wonderful condo! Clean and well furnished. Only problem was the trundle bed mattress is just foam and sleeping on it was almost impossible because it flattens out and it feels like you're sleeping on the board that's under it.

This beautiful condo has everything you need to spend quiet time with family. Beautifully decorated. Perfect size bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room was so comfortable with a couch and loveseat. Very quiet and safe surroundings. Walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Wonderful patio with picnic bench. Easy check-in. Grocery stores within 15 min. We didn't want to leave.

Family Getaway

It was a weekend for birthday celebrations and it was magnificent. The location is perfect for going to the aquarium and boardwalk. We will definitely do it again! The ocean is always magical.

Great property. Loved the pelicans! Master bed was very comfortable. The second bed was reported to be fine, trundle bed maybe not so much. Well appointed kitchen, with the caveat that the stove vent could have done a better job. We managed to set off the smoke alarm, without much effort. Plenty of dishes, knives were sharp enough. Shower was lovely. We would stay again

John and Mary Pastrone bought Pelican 75 in the 1960s so their 3 young sons could enjoy beach weekends and escape the heat of the San Jose area. Today, a 3rd generation of grandchildren enjoy the same surroundings their fathers did 40 years ago when they were young. The property is currently managed by Lauri Pastrone, one of John and Mary's three daughters-in-law.

It's the ideal location at Pajaro Dunes. Quiet and private... in between the ocean and the river... with massive views of the ocean, river, and sand dunes. And it's ground level so that families can be indoors and out but still be together.
We have upgraded and updated over the past 5 years, including 2 full master bathrooms with dual showers, new furniture and many extras. And we have the best cleaning team in Pajaro Dunes.

Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.... from kitchen gear to beach gear... all you have to bring is your food and clothing.

Note: Due to fire risk, grilling is no longer permitted at Pajaro Dunes.
