Summary:
Located on the north bluff of amenity-rich Seascape Resort, this immaculate 2nd story unit offers stunning ocean views and is within close proximity of the pool and jacuzzi. Unlike many of the other units, this one is close to an elevator making it easy and convenient to access with luggage or beach gear. This newly remodeled condo has new appliances and furnishings that offer comfort and luxury for your perfect beach vacation.
The Space:
This two-story condo overlooks the North Bluff pool and the ocean beyond. On the first level you will find a half-bathroom, fully stocked kitchen to include oven range and stove top, full sized microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Kitchen high-top counter offers bar top seating in addition to the dining room table and chairs. In the tastefully decorated living room you have a full-sized couch, recliner and loveseat with a large tv and gas fireplace. The slider opens to a private balcony that overlooks the pool below and the ocean beyond. There is a modest sized electric bbq for grilling. Upstairs you have a stacking washer and dryer and full bathroom in the hall. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable bed and ample storage for your personal belongings. The master includes a tv, full bath and a second private balcony with views of the pool and ocean below. Newly remodeled this light and bright condo also offers you easy access to the elevator making your travel experience even easier.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, pool towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. You are welcome to build an open fire in the sand-supplies are available at the Village Market across the street or any local grocery store. See the guest welcome binder for a list of local stores, note: deliveries can be made to the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, numerous walking paths, Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, the North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive, you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!
With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. The North Bluff Pool and Spa are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire rental and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Open fires are allowed on the sand-supplies can be purchased in the Village across the street.
Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
