Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was great with communication. The views and beach were amazing! My only complaint is that the description said there were two double Murphy beds but there were not. There were two rollaway twin beds instead and no bedding for those so we had to go buy that. Aside from that, the stay was great!

Perfect condo!

From the moment we walked thru the door, we knew this condo was perfect. It is exactly as the pictures and description stated. We had so much space for our family of 5, and no one ever felt like we were on top of each other. The view was amazing and the balcony at night just listening to the ocean was exactly what we needed. The parking situation was the only thing I would change if I could. But that’s completely out of the owners control and they were very helpful when I reach out for help on what to do. The condo comes with 2 parking spaces, except on holiday weeks, then it is only one. We only needed 1 space and it wasn’t a holiday week when we were there. You can only park in the uncovered spots, and when everyone is there, there aren’t enough spots. There is an over flow across the street, but it is also small. It all worked out in the end and the owners were very quick to help out. Again this is completely out of the owners control and would not be a reason to miss out on this amazing condo! We will be back and hopefully stay in this condo again! Most relaxing week ever!

June 2025 stay

The condo was as described. It was huge and very clean. It is on the quiet end of the beach. We never had any problems with parking 2 vehicles. The 7th floor view was beautiful. The elevators were never busy (only had one time it didn't work so we took the stairs). The pool was never busy (women's pool bathroom never had any toilet paper).The beds were comfortable but hubby wished the master had a light weight comforter due to the one on the bed being light as a sheet (extra comforter was very heavy). There were a decent amount of towels but only one hand towel per sink. It would be nice to have extra to put out when I am washing the others.The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator had an ice maker which was handy! Love the huge pantry!!!Several outlets had only one plug that worked. I travel with a power strip so this was not an issue for me.Master bedroom had the best water pressure of anywhere we have ever stayed.We would definitely stay here again.

Our newest favorite place!!! We’re coming back ASAP to this beautiful, uncrowded oasis.

Don’t dare reserve this condo! I want to keep this jewel a secret & all to myself. It’s a beautiful condo w/insane views on a perfect stretch of beach in PCB and we loved it!Reserv/booking was easy w/good mgmt communication,?’s answered quickly. We added an add’l night later on & it was very simple. We received easy arrival & checkin info prior to our stay (wish a bit of local info on nearby recommendations or must do’s were included since it was our 1st time to PCB but we figured it out anyhow) Condo is easy to find in a nice, safe, low key area right on the beach w/private gated parking w/coded entry (spots are tight for big autos). No resorts or crowded beaches nearby, just an ideal place to relax unwind & recharge. My husband & I brought our 18 y.o. & his two friends. They wanted nothing more than chill days of sun, sand & surf before their last weeks of high school. This was the perfect escape for them. This condo is big too, w/nice, comfy furnishings, comfy beds w/baths in each. The patio is amazing with enough room for everyone to spread out & enjoy the amazing view. Kitchen is well stocked for almost any need (no elec.hand mixer, tho!) We loved our time here & are eager to return*a few tiny critiques, tho 98% of condo was VERY clean:kitchengarbage can pretty yuk, countertops left w/crumbs, windowsill left w/bugs & crumbs. MBR comforter in closet was a nightmare of yuk stains so nope. *NONE of this was, by any means a dealbreaker here) We LOVED it here!!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, beautiful, and it felt as if we had our own private beach house! The beach was so private feeling! We will be staying here again for sure!!!

Every need was met

Beautiful condo with incredible views of the beach. Every single need was met. Everyone we met at the residence was so friendly and respectful. The security provided also was a big plus. Just one more thing taken off our plate.

Absolutely wonderful condo

This condo is in the perfect location, is absolutely quiet, and the view is amazing. The condo had more than enough space for our party of 6 with plenty of room to spare. The large kitchen made preparing meals easy. This condo was spotless. Never having to wait for an elevator, never having a crowd in the pool, never needing to hunt for parking, and never having to fight for a space on the beach will make this building my go-to for any other trips to PCB. The owner or manager is very responsive to any questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place!

This property was just as advertised, and did not disappoint. We had a great relaxing time with lots of room to spread out, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of being out of the hustle and bustle. We have been renting from Warren Beach Rentals for quite a few years, and they are always a call or text away, always solving any issue that might come up. Great folks to deal with!

Great family location

This condo was a very nice size for a large family. The view was top notch. The appliances could have been better operationally. There was only one issue with the condo above us hosing off balcony and splashing us unexpectedly while enjoying our balcony. Reported to manager and received an immediate response.

Perfect in every way

Very secure locstion, keypad to enter parking, elevator, condo, pool and beach. Very clean and spacious unit, 4 adults and a 2 year old, plenty of room, close to everything. We vacation often and are very picky, i will stay here again. Pool area was very clean and only steps to the beach, you will see dolphins and stingrays swimming in the early mornings from the balcony. Large living area and kitchen and balcony.

Best condo we’ve ever rented, hands down.

Everything about this condominium was beyond our expectations. It was incredibly large, the balcony was huge, the furniture was comfortable. The place was just a spacious, elegant beach home. Never crowded. I think there are only maybe 20 units in the building. You can rent this condo with absolutely no reservation. It is a five-star experience from the word go! Warren Beach Rentals was amazing! We will most definitely be back soon.

Peaceful, clean, quiet, and a perfect vacation home. Beds were super comfortable, the largest condo we have stayed at in PCB. Everything was easy, and close to all of our favorite restaurants.

Quiet beach

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach and condo was by far the quietest area of Panama City I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was never crowded nor was the beach. We really enjoyed our time at Grand Surf and plan to come back next year.

Feels like a house with a spectacular view!

We took a risk when booking this condo since it did not have any reviews. Wow, we made a great choice! This will be a very popular unit! The condo was huge. It felt like a house instead of a condo. There was plenty of space for my family and kids. The three bathrooms was a huge plus!!!! The rollaway beds were convenient so the kids could sleep in bedrooms instead of out in the living room on a traditional sleeper sofa. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting and dining on the oversized wrap-around balcony. We had great views all-around of the beach and sunsets. Really liked the low-density tower. All parking is close to the elevator just steps away. The beach is uncrowded, and we can come and go when we want. There are only 2 units per floor. Warren Beach Rentals manages the other unit 7W, and we are looking at booking both units for a family gathering this summer! We like the thought of having a floor only to our group. Check-in, check-out was seamless. The condo was spotless. No complaints! We highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals and Grande Surf Club 7E! We found our new go-to place in PCB!
