The perfect quiet getaway nestled on top of a hill where you can enjoy the best views of the Edna Valley on one side and Pismo Beach on the other side. Theater room, antique pool table, 5 minutes from the wineries, 15 min from the beach and a Hot Tub with the most incredible view. Explore the neighborhood with an amazing walk surrounded by mature California oak trees. 2 out door propane fire pits to keep you warm. I BBQ and 1 Traeger for outdoor cooking.
Our exquisite home can sleep 14.
The property can also be rented as a 3 Br 3 Bath. You would need to contact me and I would explain how that works. You would occupy most of the bottom floor. The 4th bedroom and upstairs bedrooms and theater room would not be available. The nightly rate would be reduced. Contact me for a quote.
Large parties are not allowed.

An absolutely amazing property, carefully crafted to be a welcoming and enjoyable space to relax with the family. Incredible views in every direction, and comfortable inside areas to hang out and have fun. Ten out of ten in every way, Mary Ann is an amazing host ensuring all questions are answered and you have an amazing stay.

Peaceful Retreat

Spacious and beautifully decorated, high quality throughout. Beds were very comfortable; kitchen well stocked. Teenagers loved having their space upstairs. The owner put alot of effort in creating a warm and loving home for all to enjoy. Soaking in the jacuzzi, admiring the view and deer was a huge plus.Close to Cal Poly for Graduation Commencement.

A slice of paradise!

Very relaxing to go to a place where you and your crew can unwind, have plenty of space, but all still be together! Incredible views, very quiet, lots of areas to gather, both indoors and out. We loved the outdoor areas to sit and talk, but also the upstairs big theater TV and pool table later in the evening. The kitchen was ideal for food prep and large gathering at mealtime. This place is a real gem! We'll be back!

Lovely home for a SLO Getaway

Wow this house was a perfect stay for me and my friends! The home was so clean and spacious (pictures don’t do it justice!) with the most incredible view above Edna Valley. Mary Ann was an incredibly welcoming host and made communication so easy. She even made sure that the hot tub was set to our preferred temperature. The property was super comfortable with plenty of privacy. Beautiful home nestled at the top of the hill surrounded by stunning oak trees. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely Stunning

This place is special. We’ve stayed at a lot of beautiful places, but there’s something extra wonderful about this one. It feels loved - not in the euphemistic sense - in the sense that every little corner has been well-appointed and tended to. Oh, also it is breathtaking: the views stretching over Edna Valley on one side and all the way to the ocean on the other, the embrace of the old oaks, the deep quiet pierced by birdsong…I mean, I don’t want to oversell it. I’m not saying that if you come here and sit with loved ones around the fire talking deep into the night in the embrace of the trees that your soul will be healed and your relationships restored…but honestly I wouldn’t rule it out.

Gem of San Luis Obispo!

If you ever find yourself with the opportunity to stay at this home, don't hesitate. Do it! It is beautiful inside and out. The owners were communicative and welcoming. The home was perfect for our large family. This was the first time we were combining both sets of grandparents and it worked out perfectly. There is a large table for meals both inside and outside. Its so rare to be able to all sit at the same table! The home itself is well stocked ... all kitchen items were there, lots of refrigerator space. Plenty of bathrooms ... with lovely soaking tubs! We enjoyed many hours on the patio watching all of the wildlife, chatting and enjoying the fire pit. Wonderful memories were made -

My husband and I always loved this area. He was a Cal Poly graduate and always wanted to own a property here. We used to own a place in Avila Beach. We decided to sell it and buy a much larger home 5000 sq ft so we could have our families join us. We hope you will enjoy it. The views are spectacular. We call it a little taste of Heaven!
We can offer private chefs or meals made to be brought to the house. Arrange picnics at winerys or other outings with advanced notice if you so desire.
