Access codes will be given for the doors and garage prior to arrival.
The house is designed with entertainment and comfort in mind with all the modern conveniences. From comfy TV rooms, featuring 65" TVs, PS5 game console to our billiards room, we like to provide a fun and relaxing experience for our guests. Formal living room and dining space are ideal for dinners, movie nights and sure to help you to create some special memories. The deck off the kitchen has a large Barbeque and in the landscaped garden you can enjoy the firepit and beautiful old growth trees lining the property.
You will be in an ideal location, just a short walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena and Autzen Stadium is a beautiful walk across the river. Easy few blocks walk to restaurants, coffee, tea and treats including Beppe & Gianni's Trattoria, McMenamin's Restaurant & Sports Bar, Sweet Life Petite Bakery, Agate Alley Bistro, Hey Neighbor Pizza House, Studio One Café, Prince Puckler’s Ice Cream, Sweet Life Patisserie and J-Tea. You can also enjoy a beautiful walk or drive to Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron Garden.
For those looking for an adventure we are a 25-minute drive from some great Willamette Valley Wineries (King Estate, Sweet Cheeks, Sylvan Ridge and more). Our two children attend the University of Oregon and we have grown to love this idyllic town. We now look forward to sharing it with our guests so they can see why we love this home and its surrounding beauty.

We love visiting our children at UO and wanted a place for family and friends to be able to gather together and enjoy fun times.
We fell in love with the beautiful tree lined streets and its close proximity to great dining, hiking, and all UO activities. The house sits above a beautifully landscaped garden, and you are greeted by a cheerful yellow door. Inside is stunning vaulted ceilings and a huge fireplace upstairs and downstairs. Large picture windows give you an outstanding view of the old growth trees and gardens. It’s a relaxing and cozy home, but spacious for entertaining family and friends.
Eugene is such an energetic town with many activities to do with friends and family. The location of our home makes it easy to take advantage of everything Eugene has to offer. Going to football games at Autzen and waking over the Willamette River is an experience everyone should have. Hayward Field and Matthew Knight arena are only a few blocks away.
A short 25-minute drive and you are in beautiful wine country. There are fantastic shops, antique stores, restaurants, breweries and markets in the area.
We thoroughly enjoy watching the seasons change in Eugene and always look forward to sharing this with our guests.
