Centrally located two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath bungalow w/garage three miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Flag Medical Center is close by. Fully remodeled with speedy 1 gig WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room, and updated retro appliances. Full-size washer and dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, and the Snowbowl.

Sweet, remodeled two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full-size washer and dryer. The home features a fully fenced yard with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Inside the home, you'll find the living room with an electric fireplace and 55" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on but they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair.

The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, updated retro cherry red appliances, and a dining table with comfortable seating for four.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This bungalow is an end unit in a three-home building, with no one above or below. The living spaces share no common walls.

We LOVE dogs, and they stay free. We are sorry, but no cats are permitted due to allergies.

Very clean, quiet and nicely appointed small unit was perfect for us and our two little pups. The fenced and gated front yard accommodated the pups perfectly and even had a bag dispenser to pick up their business. We would definitely be pleased to stay here anytime we are visiting the Flagstaff area.

Beautiful home. It was conveniently located near many of the places we wanted to see. It is only a couple of miles from the Buffalo State Park which is an amazing place to walk and enjoy the sights.

The Blushing Bungalow was perfect for our needs. It’s very well appointed, had everything we needed. We love that it has a garage, and central AC, along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s decorated so tastefully, and very clean. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Buffalo Park, a beautiful outdoor space for walking among the pines. It’s also conveniently located near some great local restaurants and a great coffee shop: White Dove. There’s no reason at all to eat at a chain restaurant in the area near the house. I felt safe walking the neighborhood, and passersby were very friendly. We spent evenings sitting in the Adirondack chairs in the front, watching the fool moon rise. We’d definitely book it again.

Convenient Location

Great place for our bike trip! Super convenient to have a garage to store bikes without having to bring them inside. Only issue, and not a complaint, more of a preference, but the mattresses in both rooms are VERY firm. Just a warning if you find it harder to sleep on that style bed. Older part of town, but quiet and felt safe walking early in the morning. Walking and biking trails are just a few blocks up the street!

We have stayed at three of Richard’s properties now in Flagstaff and Blushing Bungalow was just as great as the others. Great location with a quiet neighborhood. Loved having the garage! We will continue to explore Richard’s other properties on future trips.

We stayed a few days with our pup and it was great! The property was clean and everything was in working order. Instructions and communication were stellar. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Quick access to route 66 along with grocery and restaurants. We would absolutely book again.

Perfect Flagstaff home base

We stayed in Flagstaff and made day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and skiing. The unit was great, comfortable and well appointed! Nice to have a fenced area for the dog. Richard was great with communication and sent maintenance right away to resolve the only concern we had. Neighborhood is a little run down but the unit felt safe.

Flagstaff visit

We spent 5 nights in rental and found the management to be very responsive, bringing hangers, blankets and garage door openers when we asked. The house is very comfortable however, outside area is not actually very functional. Having a garage is a plus in both convenience and security. The only negative would be the sketchy neighborhood, perhaps something will be done to correct this in the future.

Weekend getaway.

We found this little place to enjoy the fall weather and enjoy some music concerts at NAU. What an awesome little place. Perfect for our family and puppies. The dog run is perfect in the back. The garage was awesome for the cold rainy days. The decor is adorable. The space was clean and cozy. We loved everything about our stay, walking distance to coffee and breakfast. We can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyed our work/vacation in Flagstaff

We enjoyed our extended work-vacation stay in this cute little bungalow. The home was clean and comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that is very walkable to nearby restaurants, diners, and coffee, and a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and grocery stores. Nearby was a trail up to the AZ Trail and Buffalo Park, which we enjoyed immensely. Hope to make it back here for another stay next year.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the garage, front yard, and location in the center of things. We are right down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
