This fully remodeled 1953 home sits minutes from pine and aspen forest trails perfect for hiking and biking year round. Ski fresh powder in winter, explore nearby lakes in summer and stroll downtown shops, breweries and galleries. Cruise Route 66, visit Lowell Observatory, then unwind under dark mountain skies beside the backyard firepit with s’mores and stargazing.
Cozy minimalist design with an open floor plan, abundant natural light, and soothing neutral tones. Relax with a book or movie in the inviting living room, start your mornings with coffee on the backyard deck, and dine under patio bistro lights at night. The fully stocked kitchen includes essentials from spices and coffee to an air fryer, crock pot, and charcuterie board. Backyard features both propane and charcoal grills. Sleep soundly on queen-sized Tuft & Needle beds, with central heating for winter and floor/window AC in the main living areas for summer comfort.
Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the backyard deck and grills. Self-check-in makes arrival easy and flexible. Your privacy is respected, but we’re just a phone call or direct message away if you need anything, whether it’s tips for local adventures or assistance during your stay.
