Cozy Cottage in DT Florence, AL.
Whether you’re visiting Florence for a family reunion, checking out UNA with your loved ones, sight seeing, or coming to work our home is the place for you! 2 blks to UNA & 4 to Court St. You will find peace & convenience in this special stone cottage built in1926 & newly renovated in 2018. We hope you will feel like you’ve found your home away from home. We have a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal and laundry appliances to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The space
A vintage inspired home with 2 clean bedrooms and 1 full bathroom (no tub, standing shower only). It’s a great place for families with older children to check out UNA’s amazing campus, folks coming to sightsee, or as a peaceful place to rest after a long work shift.
The kitchen has plenty of space and is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, relax, and make yourself at home!
PARKING
Our driveway can accommodate 1 vehicle. No large work trucks will fit (our sincere apologies).
GUEST ACCESS
The bedroom(s) available upon check in will be determined by the number of guests booking. Bedroom 1 is best suited for 3 guests while bedroom 2 is best suited for 1-2 guests. If you desire to have both rooms available, additional fees apply. You will have the entire space to yourself but the patio is
SECURITY: Interactive and motion activated audio/visual recording doorbell is installed at the entrance. This tool is utilized to aid guests during check in should the need arise. No other cameras are on this property.

I grew up in Alabama but have traveled around the world and love experiencing the culture, peoples, and food in new places! However, there is no place like Florence with its rich historical features such as Hellen Keller, WC Handy, Cypress Moon Studios, and the Frank Loyd Wright home to name a few!
My husband and I have been married since 2011. Since then, I have become a mother 4 times over to our 4 delightful children. Our children are such blessings to us and even helped us refurbish the furniture you will use during your stay. We hope you will find a spirit of joy and peace during your stay.

This cottage has so much charm and I fell in love with it since the day I found it. It was fully renovated in 2017-2018 with the help of our children and there is a lot of love poured into the space.
You will find it is convenient to downtown, the University of North Alabama, and just a stone’s throw away from Tuscumbia and Muscle Shoals.
Our space is great for visiting sights and family or for those coming to town for work.

Close to all the fun activities of downtown and only a couple minutes from the University of North Alabama.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with a hot water kettle and coffee maker to boot along with a cast iron skillet we hope you will enjoy.
