With brand-new Samsung smart appliances, a solar heated pool, an arcade game, a grill/smoker, and games for all ages, you’ll have everything you need for fun. Ample parking, including space for an RV, adds extra convenience. Whether soaking up the sun or unwinding in the cool, AC comfort inside, we’re sure you'll have a delightful stay.

Its location makes it easy to get around. Our home also includes a Texas style smoker and grill, jetted spa bathtub, Roomba vacuum, complimentary coffee bar, books and games for kids and adults; and plenty of parking, including for RVs.
(Exclusive access to entire home, pool and yard. Excluding garage access, garage access will be available for monthly stays and certain circumstances)

Wonderful relaxing home for a getaway

House was clean, check in was simple, and it was as advertised. We had a group of friends looking for a relaxing weekend and this place provided it. Place would be good for a family as well.

Wonderful home in Yuma Foothills

We were so surprised to find such a well appointed rental in Yuma. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly, and the host was responsive. The house was very nice and well taken care of with an awesome backyard for the kids and side yard for the dog to run and play safely. We will be back!

Awesome Crib w/ Pool!

Had a great stay at this large, modern and super clean house. Lonnie was great in communication and responsive to my questions and needs. Note that the pool wasn't heated, but that was great for me as I used it as a pseudo cold plunge :)

Beautiful Property

This is by far the best VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The home is beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The accommodations were very welcoming. Our family will stay here again the next time we’re in the Yuma area.

Perfect family home!

Property is exactly as posted! Beds and linens were so comfortable. New decor and appliances. Back yard and pool were enjoyed by all! Pool toys provided and great smoker and grill! We SO much enjoyed our stay!

The home is so comfortable, and the backyard is stunning. We never thought we would enjoy swimming pool, but can definitely see it’s benefits after staying at this property. Very quiet and nice neighborhood .

Great area, close to stores

Great Location, Quiet neighborhood, Great Host. Our family liked the set up of the house. Plenty of room for our family to gather. Only regret is that the pool cannot be heated. Hoping for warmer weather next time we stay.

Beautiful House!

We had such a great stay in this beautiful house! We were visiting family in Yuma and used the house as an over flow of family members. We spent most of our time at my Dad's house, but will definitely be back and would look forward to have more time to enjoy this beautiful home.

Perfect place

We stayed here with family while we were visiting my parents. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and close to shopping. The house itself was clean and had lots of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and all we had to purchase (or bring with us) was food for the week. We visit Yuma once a year and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this house to family and friends!

Quiet Oasis

We all truly enjoyed the well apportioned home hosted by Lonnie. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Spent some time in the backyard enjoying the sun and playing corn hole for hours. This a great home for a family vacation. Thank you!

Holiday Stay

Although our stay was short, this home provided everything we needed for a comfortable and stress free holiday. The house was impressively clean and tidy, with plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. The backyard was beautiful and spacious for our 2 dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We were a little disappointed there was no access to the ping pong table advertised in the listing (since removed) and no instructions for operating the pool heater (although we weren't there long enough to allow time to heat). But we would definitely recommend this home and property managers, it was a great stay and will definitely book again on our next visit.

Great place to stay

This property is really nice and the hosts were very responsive. The house is beautiful and would be a great place for a couple or a large family.. The back yard is fenced, private and a wonderful place to hang out. My husband and I were supposed to travel together but he ended up not being able to go. I felt very safe in the house and the neighborhood by myself. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc were all within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this property!

Home Away From Home

My cousins and I can’t say enough great things about this house and the property. It’s perfect in every way and made our stay in Yuma visiting family very enjoyable. We appreciated the location and layout of the house, the pool with lovely backyard furniture, the comfortable beds and all the attention to details that were included. Lonnie is an excellent host and was very prompt with responding to our questions. Yes as others pointed out there are a few neighbouring houses that have dogs that bark but that’s what dogs do and did not bother us at all. It was only for short durations at a time. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back next year !

Great place

My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area.

Quiet, relaxing, home away from home!

This property was perfection! The layout, the location to places we needed to be, the space....for four of us it was very comfortable. Additional family and friends came over for an outdoor BBQ and we had plenty of room, seating, things to do! The weather didn't allow us to get in the pool in December, but temperature has nothing to do with the property. Any communication I had with the owner was quick and respectful! We didn't go without anything necessary to live away from home for the week! The ONLY thing I didn't figure out was all the light switches! LOL :) Not an issue!

This tranquil Santa Fe-style home is a minimalist yet high tech style home and offers an in-ground swimming pool, AC/heater, is ideal for up to 6 guest comfortably but will allow for up to 10 registered guests, 7 beds (including a queen sized self-inflating air mattress), ecofriendly state-of-art smart appliances, Ultimate Legends Arcade machine (with over 300 games), 65 inch Samsung Quantum QLED TV, Roomba i6 vacuum, free Wi-fi, Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu,; board games, cornhole, giant connect 4, toys, hammock, plenty of parking space; also includes, complimentary coffee bar, certain bathroom supplies and toiletries; certain necessities for grilling and home cooked meals, fireplace, firepit, outdoor dining area.
