The space
This Single story vacation home in sunny AZ nearly year round. Come experience nearby quality shopping, dining, movies, hiking, lakes, sports, spring baseball, golfing, and just relaxing.

Located one 15-20 mins away from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. We are only 1 mile from the 202 freeway, with easy access to all activities. Longbow award golf course, Saugaro Lake Rec area, Fat Cats movies & bowling, hiking trails, sporting arenas, all just a short distance away.

The family room features a spacious and comfortable, sectional couch where you can enjoy your favorite shows and films on the 58" inch HDTV, Amazon fire stick. The welcoming dining area with seating and direct access to the spacious, gourmet kitchen that features slab granite counters, updated stainless appliances, and everything you could need to cook up a delicious meal.

Master Bedroom:
Enjoy a king-size foam mattress with a 49" inch Smart HDTV, ceiling fan, dresser for storage and private sliding door access to the backyard. The newly updated en suite Master Bathroom features a vanity, a large walk-in shower shower, giving you a private experience and space to relax.

Guest Bedroom #1:
This room has a queen-sized foam mattress, large closet, private sofa, ceiling fan.

Guest Bedroom #2:
This room is perfect for kids or a group with 2 twin foam mattresses and a ceiling fan, TV with Amazon fire stick, dresser for storage and large closet.

We had a great time. The house was spotless. The neighborhood quiet and clean.Marty was quick to respond and remedy the issue when the air conditioner went out or with any other question we had.We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean and beautiful!

The property is well cared for and very clean. The beds are nice and comfortable. We were able to rest well. The house is located close to shops and restaurants but the neighborhood is quiet!

This property was comfortable, in a great location for my needs (close to family, shopping, food), very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The size of this property, along with the amenities and nice touches were perfect.Our host, Marty, was clear and communicative as he checked in frequently to ensure we had a great stay. Of the several locations I have stayed in Mesa, Arizona, visiting my family, this one is the best! Although my children are no longer young and did not travel with me, this property could have easily accommodated children, especially the community pool aspect which was just across the street. As we continue to address some health concerns with family, each time I return to Mesa, Arizona, going forward, this property and the host, Marty, will be my absolute choice. Clean and quiet

My daughter and I stayed in the property for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. The property was in a good location for our needs, very close to the 202 and restaurants. The place was clean and very quiet. Easy to relax in. The owner is quick to answer any concerns.

Marty is Awesome

Marty was able to accommodate us at the last minute. It was the perfect spot for us to stay over Thanksgiving. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Marty is very responsive to questions and issues.

Great property close to everything East Valley

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were able to book this last minute for our son's soccer tournament in Mesa. Convenient location from both Sky Harbor and Mesa airports, as well as Legacy Fields @ Bell Park. Owner, Marty, was responsive throughout booking process, check-in and our stay. House was very clean and appeared recently remodeled. Nice appliances, full sized washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable. Twin beds seemed smaller than usual, but totally fine for kids. Overall, it was a great stay/experience. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the stay was great… the only downside was the fact this property was double book through another site… this was not the fault of the owner… this was a problem with VRBO and the other site not working together on calendaring … the first 3 nights of my stay were interrupted by the property being occupied by another family. The owner recognized the problem and rectified it as best they could by helping find an alternative place to stay and reimbursing me. In my case I had family in town and was able to make this work. This could have been a huge inconvenience…

Family Reunion

We chose this property due to the fact that it was close to the home where our family reunion was being held. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a slight glitch when we first got there. We had not been sent a code to get into the house. We were able to get ahold of the owner. He responded immediately with the code. The home was very inviting as soon as we walked in the door. This property owner is new to renting out his home. Other homes that we have rented through VRBO in the past usually have a binder with specifics about the property, maybe a list of things to do in the area, and checkout procedures. We texted the owner about his expectations for checkout. He did get back to us right away. If anyone is planning to be in the area, we would recommend this property. We felt right at home there.

Our family believes that life is short and one of the most important things we can do is spend time together on quick or long family vacations.

We take pride in our vacation home and hope that others that stay with us will have a memorable and pleasant visit. Our family has put lots of hard work into this property in hopes for many family and friends to enjoy it and create life long memories. We have used VRBO to travel all over the state, country and world and want others to have an enjoyable experience on their getaways as well
