Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room. The pool is quite small and located right in the roadway so not very private. The house is well kept and the yard is private and well equipped.

Owners were very responsive and helpful with an issue. The home was decorated nicely. Could use some updating and paint. Overall a nice place for what we needed.

Great Phoenix Launchpad

This property is a great launchpad for a stay in Phoenix. It is in the central part of the valley, making it easy to pop into downtown or explore eastern Phoenix suburbs like Tempe and Mesa. The weather went from hot to cold, but the house remained comfortable. The backyard was a little oasis, making it the perfect place to sit for morning coffee. They had great Wi-Fi, which was vital with two remote workers. Overall, it is a great property. I would stay again.

This charming little cottage is actually quite big on the inside. Community relaxing and safe. Home was clean, bright, charming, and just as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. The host was so wonderful to communicate with and as accommodating as possible.

Comfortable, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was centrally located which made it convenient for us to get places. The beds & bedding were very comfortable and having two full bathrooms allowed everyone in our party plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed the back patio/yard and enjoyed sitting outside watching the moon rise in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet & felt safe.

5-Star Experience

Luxurious, lavish, and spacious condo, complete with unheralded amenities, situated in a prime location in downtown Lincoln. The property owner was amazing to work with; friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile in ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The experience was better than any 5-star hotel we've stayed at. This will be the only place we ever stay at in Lincoln.

Nice central location

Very easy check in and check out. Hosts were kind, location was great, but the house was a bit grubby. I did spend some time cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen to my liking and then it was fine, could use some dusting and vacuuming out vents and wiping down cabinet doors and baseboards. But everything else was great.

Pleasant Stay in Cheerful Cottage

Needed a place to stay with another family while in the Phoenix area for a last minute basketball tournament. This cheerful cottage did not disappoint! It was clean, affordable, well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, and on a side note, I loved the home’s feel and decor throughout. We had an initial issue checking in due to an unexpected lock issue but owner was very easy to contact and it was resolved promptly. Everyone slept great, enjoyed the amenities and I would recommend this cheerful cottage to all families in the future. Thanks to the owners for your part that resulted in a great weekend for us!

Very nice/clean Oasis

Visiting from Oregon, the 100+ Degree temperature was quite a shock when we stepped off the plane. Upon Arriving at our (Oasis} We were very pleased the house/home was a comfortable 73 Degrees. Very clean beautiful home. Larger than it looks from the outside. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated private patio and back yard in the morning and evening. More than enough towels and bedding + complimentary shampoo, conditioner for those who forgot to bring there own. Will definitely book this again! the only two things that I ask you to add would be a toaster and a corkscrew

Property Review

The online appearance of the property is not accurate. The property is in dire need of maintenance, plumbing work (sinks and tubs don't drain properly), and a deep cleaning. The worst part of our stay was the filthy mattress. We had to wash the sheets before going to bed because of the hair on them, only to find a dirty mattress pad which we also had to wash. That showed a mattress that should not be used. It was disgusting. The carpets had so many folds in them that they were a tripping hazard. Other properties have allowed entrance once the code is given. We mistakenly assumed this would be the case here. The host charged 40 for our mistake even though we left immediately after she told us.Overall, this was a disappointing stay.

We’re sorry to see that you left a 2 star review for us when we were very clear about several things. First, check in was at 3pm, as stated in our message sent to you at 8am. You disregarded this and checked in at 8am, which caused us to have to cancel our plumber that was scheduled to come at 10 to do a check of the property. You stated that the mattress/sheets were dirty ,yet after asking several times, you still would not send photo evidence of this and we even offered to come to the property to take a look and you declined. Overall we felt like this guest was attempting to take advantage of our property and potentially try to get some monetary reimbursement or something without giving us proof of actual problems.

Very pleasant stay

We found this house to be very nice for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time there other than in the evenings so we didn't really make much use of the yard. It was nice though to be able to sit out there in the morning and drink my coffee. Check in and check out were very easy. I did receive emails from the host but I didn't really need to communicate a lot with her as the emails and welcome binder covered all of my questions. We didn't have any issues that we needed to contact her for. Things that we liked and appreciated:1. Easy check in and check out process2. Nice towels! There were plenty of good sized, fluffy towels available. I've stayed in places were the towels were small and thin! These were very nice!3. Soaps, toilet paper, paper towels were available upon check in. I don't like to have to shop immediately for these basic things!4. The binder with information. That was very helpful and answered many questions. I didn't need to contact the host about anything.Things that I wish were there:1. A Keurig! There was a coffee maker but I only drink decaf coffee and my husband drinks caffeinated coffee. Having a Keurig makes things easier for us :) This isn't a deal breaker, just a "nice to have".2. We drink lots of coffee so more coffee mugs would have been nice too. Again, not a deal breaker. Just us.We were pleased with the house and the host and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
