Our newest 3 bed/2.5 bath property is tucked away on South Mountain and is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix/Tempe. The house is fully stocked with the necessities, including a washer/ dryer, two outdoor patios, and a large two-car garage. The resort-style amenities of the complex include a beautiful pool, hot tub, gym, and ping pong. You are minutes away from excellent hiking and walking trails.
The space
Community Amenities- Full gym, beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with a view of the mountain, grilling area, picnic area, ping pong, sand volleyball, etc.

Living Room features two (2) accent chairs, sofa, and smart TV programmed with Peacock and Paramount

King Bed with beautiful En-Suite Bathroom, Memory Foam Mattress, Bamboo Sheets, Dual nighstands, remote-controlled ceiling fan-light, luggage rack, and a large walking closet.

The walk-in closet contains an air mattress for extra sleep area.
