Two Bedroom Upgraded Waikoloa Fairway Villa
Perfect for a postcard worthy family vacation, girls’ getaway, solo trip, or whatever your heart desires, Fairway Villa C21 is located in the Fairway Villas gated community of Waikoloa Beach Resort and is the perfect destination for rest, relaxation, reconnection, fun times, and memorable moments. Incorporating a very tropical aura to the space, Fairway Villa C21 will make you feel both at home and on a faraway island simultaneously. Located on the second floor, you get a great view of the surrounding landscape and hole #5 green of the Waikoloa golf-course.
The living room has been nicely furnished with a large couch facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television. Just off the living room is the lanai with a table and four chairs. Enjoy a nice view of the golf course and listen to the palms sway.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area that seats 6. There is Hawaiian art throughout these areas. The kitchen is spacious and and is fully stock. There are granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen appliances were upgraded in 2022.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has bedside tables facing a chest of drawers and a wall mounted big screen LCD television. The master bath has dual vanities, a shower, and a tub. There is also a large walk in closet.
On the other side of the condo is the guest bedroom that has two twin beds with a night stand. There is a wall mounted LCD television. Just off the bedroom is the guest bath with a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Fairway Villas also includes barbecuing appliances, poolside, and outdoor exercise center access, which are easily accessible from C21. The Waikoloa Kings and Queens Shops are within walking distance! Some other activities outside of the complex, that are accessible via a scenic drive, include snorkeling, boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach, Volcano House National Park and many other fun Big Island destinations. The towns of Waimea and Kona also have fun opportunities to experience the Aloha during your stay. A'Bay, a white sand beach within Waikoloa Beach Resort, is less than a mile away!
