This condo is spacious and cozy, easily accommodating up to 4 people. It is perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for a safe, relaxing getaway. Our property is equipped with all the comforts of home, including high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, a cozy fireplace, air conditioning, and secure underground parking. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space or grill up a delicious meal with friends and family.

After spending your day lounging by the water or exploring the nearby attractions, sleep comfortably in our NEW spacious KING bed in the bedroom. A NEW Queen pull-out sofa bed and a relax a lounger that converts to a bed is available in the living room that is perfect for kids. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit or enjoy a barbequed meal in the outdoor dining area in the common patio area. You can also relax on your own private patio as well. The condo is fully furnished for your enjoyment.

This location is one of the best in Coeur d'alene. A bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 1.7 miles away from it all! Every kind of shop, bar, or restaurant you want is within walking distance! The condo is surrounded by trails and is a short walk to the park and the Spokane River. It has beautiful views and all the amenities!

The area surrounding the condo is hard to beat - shopping just below, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, frozen yogurt, cooking classes, hot yoga studio, and a movie theater. Riverstone Park is 10 acres and includes walking/biking paths, a pond, a playground, weekend music in the park, and views along the Spokane River. The weekly farmers market is also held on Wednesdays during the summer months starting in mid-May. The Centennial Trail will take you to the beach at Lake Coeur d'Alene and Downtown Coeur d'Alene!

There are multiple golf courses in the area, including the world-famous Coeur d'alene Resort Golf Course with the floating green less than 5 miles away! If you enjoy rollercoasters and waterparks, take a 30 minute drive to Silverwood Themepark. If you're into skiing or snowboarding, Schweitzer Mountain or Silver Mountain Resort is less than an hour away. There are endless activities and attractions in Coeur d'alene, ID!

Everything was good. Could have used my TP and would suggest a different couch as the front of the cushions were smashed down making sitting on it uncomfortable but would stay again. Had everything we needed and the location is great.

My wife and I have stayed in several of these condos at Riverstone, specifically this building. They are all breathtaking, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located! What makes this one stand apart, and the reason we have booked it again, IN 2 WEEKS, is the host…….her name is Christy, and she is PERFECT!! The communication provides as to how to access garage, and unit are the easiest I’ve ever dealt with, and her response to any inquiry is timely, polite, and driven ti conclusion! See you in 2 weeks!!!!

Excellent trip! We chose to stay here due to walking proximity to so many things! We have family that live in Idaho & were having my granddaughters’ 1st Birthday & her Baptism. We wanted a place to rest after all the activities & we were pleased with everything about this condo! Christy had it fully stocked. Teas, coffee & every spice you could think of. Shower gel, shampoo & plenty of towels toilet paper & Kleenex! We had a little trouble checking in due to elevator being out. I called immediately & the management were all over it & fixed it within the hour from my intial call! No fault of our wonderful host! Everything was perfect for us! Plenty of parking, & were given such wonderful recommendations for dining! Ate at Le Peep, Vine & Olive, Pho place, Bardenays & Panhandle ice cream. All were phenomenal. Definitely keeping on my “favorites” list & staying here again.

Ideal location, condo was well kept, comfy bed. Probably time for some new carpet, but aside from that the place was clean and well stocked.

My family of four stayed three nights while visiting Silverwood (about a 30 minute drive from here) and it was perfect! The entire condo was spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need for our stay! The property which is like its own mini town in itself, had great food options, a movie theater, and picturesque, beautifully maintained walking trails. If there had been a pool I don’t think my kids would’ve ever left, but we didn’t have time for one anyway! Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

Very nice condo, right in the heart of CDA!It's located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, and close enough to downtown that we were able to ride our bikes, avoiding the struggle of finding a place to park (and parking fees)

This is a great property! Check in was a breeze and loved the location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Liked the security of the underground parking and the condo was nice and clean. Perfect for our stay in Coeur d’Alene. Would highly recommend.

The condo at riverstome was as described. The u it was clean, easy to access and convenient to local attractions. Our host communcated with us quickly when we had a question and gave excellent direction on how to access the property on our day of arrival.
