Our stay at this incredible apartment in Rome was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality, care, and attention to detail in every aspect of the home. This is truly a high-end luxury property, from the Frette linens to the Minotti furnishings and Gaggenau appliances, every element has been curated with sophistication and comfort in mind.The apartment itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. It's incredibly spacious, peaceful, and perfectly located just steps from some of Rome’s most iconic sights. You’re truly right where you want to be.A special mention goes to our host, Giuseppe, who was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, warm, and always responsive. Whether it was a question, a request, or a quick fix, he handled everything with grace and speed (usually within minutes). His hospitality elevated our experience from great to unforgettable.We’ve stayed in many high-end rentals, and this is easily among the very best. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium Roman holiday, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay.

A Roman Gem – Beyond Our Expectations

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay in Giuseppe’s incredible apartment in the heart of Rome. We chose his home after reading glowing reviews about both the space and Giuseppe’s hospitality—and every word was true.From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. The apartment itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and incredibly quiet given its prime location in the center of a very busy city. The beds are super comfortable, the amenities are top of the line, and we were welcomed with a fully stocked fridge—an unexpected and thoughtful touch.Giuseppe personally helped us book reservations at some of the best local restaurants, all based on his excellent recommendations. His warmth, generosity, and attention to detail made this one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had—and we stay in rental homes around the world.Rome can be hectic, but being so centrally located gave us the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We’re so grateful for this experience and truly can't recommend Giuseppe’s place highly enough!

Perfect design and location

Enjoyed a fantastic stay in Rome at this lovely apartment. Perfect location near shopping and dining and all of the sights. Guiseppe was an incredible host. Had the apartment spotless and stocked with everything we needed. He was spot on with restaurant and tour recommendations. Communications were easy and prompt. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

If this were a luxury suite at Hotel de Russie or the St. Regis, it would cost US 10K/night

My wife and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for four nights recently along with our two teens. First the apartment itself: tons of space (three gorgeous bedrooms and three sumptuous bathrooms, along with a delish kitchen. living room, etc.) in a historic building. The apartment was renovated with a truly incredible eye for marrying utterly current and modern sytems/design/furniture/decoration with really impressive sensitivity to the structure's gorgeous historic details -- e.g., floating ceilings which allow you to view the frescoed and paneled/painted original ceilings, wall panels here and there which allow you to see the stunniing original walls. Magazine-worthy and a joy to walk around in. The location: as central as you could possibly imagine -- think a 10-25 minute walk to literally EVERYTHING you want to see in Rome, including all of the shopping and dining you hope to hit while you're here. Finally, the host: Giuseppe's pre-arrival, duriing-stay, and (in our case, incredibly) post-departure availability for making and confirming restaurant reservations, private tour arrangements, and transfers is impossibly over-the-top in every way. I'm talking about texting a question or request at random moments and literally getting a happy, ready-to-help response in seconds or minutes. Negatives? The dryer isn't very good and there are so MANY lighting options in the apartment that they can get confusing. Summary: if you have the budget for it and need the BRs, book it now.

Simply the Best

The apartment was amazing but not as good as the service. This is the Aman of VRBO. Giuseppe went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. The guides he connected us with were first rate and his communications were second to none. Finally, the neighborhood is fabulous . Can’t recommend highly enough.

Well worth the price

Excellent week long stay over the Christmas holiday. Apartment was immaculate. Fridge and pantry well stocked with essentials. Host was absolutely amazing. Gave us great recommendations for everything we inquired about. Schedule the most incredible private tours with unbelievably knowledgeable guides. Schedule transportation and dinner reservations . Everything was of the best caliper. Amazing hospitality and concierge service.the apartment is only the beginning , the help planning specials tours and events was unexpected but absolutely made our trip unbelievable.

Amazing Suite in the heart of Rome

Perfect location, beautiful space with a gracious host is the Suitespot! It was walking distance from almost everything we did in Rome. The amenities were above and beyond our expectations, including Giuseppe coordinating our excursions, dinner reservations and car service. We cannot thank you enough for making our weekend in Rome so special!

What an amazing property. Spacious, first class amenities, perfect location. Better than the unit is the hospitality Giuseppe provides. Incredible unit

This was an absolute gem to find for a family of 6. Spacious and luxurious, this was wonderful. Beyond the unit, the landlord Guiseppe was incredible. He helped us with tour guides, eating locations, and more. Very communicative, he was like having a travel agent. I would give 10 stars.

Fabulous apartment in central Rome

Located in the heart of Rome, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment does not disappoint. It is beautifully updated with all modern luxuries, but the owners have also saved the exquisite historic ceilings and finishes. Also, it was right down the street from the Spanish Steps and high end shopping. The icing on the cake, was the owners continuous help with everything beyond the lodging . Absolute perfection !!

Beautiful apartment with an extraordinary host

The apartment is the ideal blend of a spectacular and gracious old world Roman palazzo with every modern convenience you could imagine. Recently renovated and beautifully appointed to serve as a true home. Real (read: US style) air conditioning, which is vital given how hot the summer can be. And the location is ideal, just north of Piazza Navona. You are at the center of, and walking distance to, everything (you can see the Spanish Steps when you exit the palazzo) and yet the street feels residential. However, what made this experience truly special was our host. Giuseppe served as the highest of high end concierges and did absolutely everything for us. Nothing was too big or too small and he was exceptionally responsive at all times of the day and night. We are so very grateful to Giuseppe for everything he did to make our first trip with the kids to Rome so special. Grazie mille, Giuseppe!

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay in Rome was phenomenal. The apartment was gorgeous, modern, spacious, clean and in a perfect location. It was equipped with everything you may need and more. It was all in the details…from Dyson blowdryers, private wine selection for our convenience, to the most delightful cake we have ever eaten, waiting for us upon arrival. What made our stay the most memorable, however, was Giuseppe, the owner of the property. He wins the best host award. He made the best dining, rooftop bars, and dance club recommendations and he made all the reservations months prior for us as well. He arranged all transportation and excursions with the best private tour guides (our favorite were Daniele and Roberta) for every day of our stay. We had a vacation of a lifetime thanks to the stunning accommodations, Giuseppe and his team, THANK YOU!

More beautiful than the photographs.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail has been thought of. The beds, sheets and towels are all top quality. We have never slept better. The location was perfect. The house is blocks from the best shopping in Rome and there are tons of churches, fountains and art museums. Giuseppe was the most gracious host. He coordinated our ground transportation and got us reservations at a beautiful rooftop restaurant in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

5 Star Apartment in Rome

This Rome apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotless, elegant, great amenities and Giuseppi was incredibly helpful and responsive. When we arrived, Giuseppi had stocked the refrigerator with waters, juices, milks, a decadent cake and a bottle of champagne. The apartment had all the staples for cooking (butter, olive oil, condiments, etc) so we didn’t have to worry about purchasing. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the Pantheon, 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps and 15 min walk to Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Aircon in two out of three bedrooms. Everyone in our party was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and will return in the future!

Fantastic place in a great neighborhood

This apartment was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate. Three bedrooms with plenty of room, a very functional kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a beautiful foyer, and an absolutely stunning living room. The location was great to walk to restaurants, sites, and shopping. Giuseppe was a pleasure to work with and very helpful arranging whatever we needed, especially the driver, Daniele. Daniele was very informative and had a spacious van to take us to and from the airport/train as well as on a day trip to Tivoli. I highly recommend for a family.

A wonderful stay in Roma!

Our experience with Suitespot and Giuseppe was fantastic! From the moment we booked the property until we were dropped off at the airport, everything was excellent. Giuseppe was extremely professional and responsive. He helped us book restaurants, tours, private chef dining, massages and transportation, and it was all amazing. He followed up when I missed emails and made sure we stayed on top of bookings as it was a busy holiday time. The apartment was beautifully decorated for Christmas which really made it feel special and helped our children still feel the Christmas spirit even though were not at home. They stocked the apartment with staples so we had food/drinks upon arrival and also had a lovely welcome package with Christmas goodies. The bathrooms had everything we needed in terms of toiletries as well! We had a small issue with the internet and Giuseppe arrived within an hour to address it and it was fixed very promptly. He checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, but also gave us space to just enjoy our stay. It really was a perfect vacation and we absolutely recommend staying here! We would love to return and stay again!!
