Rome apartment

Our stay in Rome was highlighted with the accommodations at this apartment. A huge flat that gave the (4) of us each a bathroom and bedroom. It was all we could ask for and a central location for our daily excursions to all that Rome had to offer. A few minute walk to a busy taxi stand as well as a number of restaurants and cafes. It also had a huge furnished outdoor patio on the roof with easy access from the coffee bar area. Our host included a stocked coffee bar, a full bowl of fresh fruit and nuts, some bottled water, and even a complementary bottle of wine. We stayed for (4) nights in May '25 and would use this apartment if staying in Rome again in the future.

A fabulous stay in a very special Roman apartment

Max and Romina are incomparable hosts and stayed in touch with us from the moment we booked the apartment until even after the end of our stay. They took care of arranging all the details for a very special program for my 70th birthday celebration with family in Rome, including a fantastic chef-made dinner on the terrace of the apartment, a private van for a day-trip to Tivolli, and transportation to the from the airport for all our far-flung family members. They arranged the beds in the rooms to meet our family's specific needs and arranged for daily cleaning for a modest charge. The apartment itself is fabulous! A very Roman apartment, with great character and elegance, but completely renovated with all mod cons. Luxury bed and bath linens were provided. The apartment was tastefully furnished throughout. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the terrace is divine, and we very much enjoyed dining and having coffee and drinks out there. The apartment could not be better located; it's on a quiet street but next to the very best coffee shop in Rome (S. Eustacchio) and a short walk to the Pantheon. One can walk easily to most everywhere in the Centro Storico. Excellent restaurants are steps away, and there is a very good grocery store only a few doors down the street. We plan to return (hopefully soon)!Thank you, thank you, Max and Romina for a very memorable birthday trip with the family in Rome.

Three of his four children (Countess Valeria, Countess Margherita and Count Luigi) lived their lives within the walls of this house, which preserves a thousand memories. Count Orazio, the eldest son, had a son, Stefano, who is the current owner of Casa Flacchi. Pantheon Palazzo Nari #12 Casa Flacchi is a project in memory of the beloved Aunt Valeria, and we hope that by staying in this great little treasure you too can fall in love with the warmth of this house and feel the energy of the heartbeat of Rome.
