Clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 7 including our kids and grands. We made breakfast at the house, ate on the deck and then were out and about during the day. We came back to play games and sleep. Perfect fit for our 3 days.

This was a perfect spot for family from across the country to meet before heading to Northern MN for a wilderness vacation. Host was great!

Overall it is okay. Sheets and towels were excellent. The upstairs and down stairs bedrooms had new lamps but we couldn’t use them as there were no plug ins in close proximity. Extension cords are needed. Down stairs bedroom was cool and the air could not be shut off as the thermostat is locked.

Fit our needs

The property was easy to access and fit our group of adults well. Be sure to bring your own towels as there were some available but, certainly not one for every guest on the reservation.

Good location but not clean

The location was great and there was convenient shopping close by. It worked well as a gathering place for our group. But the house was not clean. We did not plan to cook but the stovetop was cracked so we would not have used it. We would not stay there again.

Nice Neighborhood, very quiet

This property was fine and served the purpose of having a gathering place for family. Outside of property left a lot to be desired. Couldn’t use the outside deck. Debris was all over the place outside. Otherwise it was fine.

A few quirks made our stay less than ideal

The location was good. But the glass top on the stove was cracked so we weren't comfortable using it. Also, the sensor on the kitchen faucet wouldn't turn on the water therefore we had no water use with the kitchen sink.

Great place. Great location.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and infant grand baby stayed for the weekend. It was the perfect set up for us. They had the basement to themselves. The beds were good size and comfortable. The bedrooms were a bit small but that wasn’t a big deal to us. The dining and upstairs living space isn’t really big for more than 6 adults. If you plan to use the grill: note that it’s charcoal and check the grate before you need to use it. We ended up buying a grill brush and tin foil. Overall, this is a great property, in a quiet neighborhood and great access to all the main attractions. We would recommend.

the house was easy but the fourth bedroom in the basement was a drag we literally had to use a space heater in june when it was 85 degrees. not enough towels. tissues would have been a plus

Overall a good experience with some minor hiccups

When traveling with a large family short term rentals tend to be our only option, and there's always weird quircks and minor hiccups. The pans were in pretty poor condition in the kitchen, but we adapted our plans without major issues. A plumbing issue also occured on the final days of our stay that was outside of the property owners hands. It limited our water use and showering to a small extant, but the owners were in constant communication with us as they tried to address it. Again wasn't hard to adapt and work around it.

Excellent home and in great location for us

We were in town for a family wedding. This home was perfect for us (plus our little pooch). Convenient location yet quiet considering it is so close to main roads. Bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds (my mattress was more comfortable than the one I have at home!) Kitchen had everything we needed. Living room had four!! electric recliners. We are anticipating another wedding the fall of 2023 and hope we can stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend enjoying Minneapolis

Very smooth and easy process, easy to go in and out with a door code. We had a bachelorette party weekend, and it was a great distance from downtown. The basement was nice and cold, with lots of room for gatherings. It great having a place to park as well, I would definitely stay here again.

Better than a hotel.

This house had everything that we wanted. We had an issue with the internet not working, but the host was in contact with us, and that kind of thing happens.

Wonderful house

Amazing and spacious, the owner was kind and understanding and helped us with whatever issue we Could’ve had. Very accommodating, and the location allows you to be close to everything. Would stay here again !!

Great for a staycation weekend with the girls!

This property was exactly as described - the bathrooms were actually cuter than I was expecting. The bedrooms and closets were bigger than I was expecting as well - and some of the closets were pretty big. We were mainly attracted to it as a place to crash for a girls weekend where we would mainly be eating out and it fit those criteria really well. Great location, great access to a side street + driveway for lyft pickup. 15 min to Minneapolis/downtown/north loop, 15 min to Wayzata, and even less to uptown. Two living rooms with plenty of room to spread out, two nice bathrooms with good water pressure and enough hot water that we never had an issue. The host was great at communicating and left out plenty of towels and washcloths. I liked that the sheets were white and crisp and clean. The beds each have a sheet, blanket, and comforter, but I'm used to heavy plush duvets so I did get a little chilly the first night. The host lets you have full control over the thermostat though, and the HVAC system is quick to respond. This place was well stocked with basics but the kitchen is best described as functional. I would not recommend it if you're planning on making big meals with a bunch of sides 3x a day, but the kitchen does totally work! We only used it for coffee and drinks and take out and it was great - plenty of silverware, cups, plates, etc. I did notice nice glass tupperware + non stick pans. If we do another staycation (thanks covid) I would consider staying here again!
