Property had everything we needed and more. Host quickly took care of a couple of issues early on in our stay. Location was great and fenced in yard was really nice for our dog. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

My boyfriend, our dogs & I stayed here for a little weekend getaway from the hustle bustle of life. We were both in awe of just how homey & beautiful the house was in person!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, there is so much natural light in the home, plenty of room outside for our dogs to run around, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach!! Host was very accommodating and on top of communication! We would definitely go back again! Beautiful home, and the perfect quiet weekend retreat we were looking for!

Great location for attending conference at nearby Hammock Beach Resort. Everything we needed was available. Perfect for coming with a pet. The beach right down the road was amazing and not very crowded. The surf was great for boogie boarding.

Wonderful pet-friendly location...walk to the beach!

This is our second time staying here. So comfortable and welcoming. The host is outstanding. Beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc. make it so easy to enjoy the incredible Atlantic Ocean.

Great location near the beach

This house is rather old but nicely decorated. The owner has a flare with color coordination and art. However, the windows and window tracks are filthy and there is just one bathroom. The cordless stick vacuum did not work correctly so we had to sweep a lot to keep the floors somewhat clean. We stayed 28 days and the house ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. Thus house’s listing is for seven people, but I think this house

Wonderful stay at the beach

The property was just what my wife and I were looking for. We were in town for four days and the house is in a very nice neighborhood and only a couple of houses in from the beautiful beach which almost seems private. The host had thought of everything you might need for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back next time we visit the area.

Boys race/Girls getaway

The quaint beach cottage with palm trees out front welcomed us when we arrived... Everything was nice and clean on the inside and outside, just like the pictures. There was even a bottle of wine from the owner chilling in the fridge! She was very easy to get a hold of and helpful when needed! The furnishings and beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us, 2 parents with our adult kids. The decor was fun and eclectic. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the beach access down the street and 5 minutes away from the Washington Oaks State Park. They had a nice picnic area, playground, beautiful garden and beach access. There is a Publix and several restaurants close by, we enjoyed the Bronx pizza place! It was really good. The city of Palm Coast was just over the bridge and had all the fast food and other restaurants we could have asked for. We ate at Redefined Food, where they do fresh heathy meals, in City Marketplace and hit all the thrift stores. We also went to the Farmers market at the European Plaza, it was full of vendors and other stores and restaurants. The girls had fun exploring the area and shopping, while the boys went to the race at Daytona, which was only about 30 minutes down I-95. So all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed this stay at this lovely home and hopefully we can come again! Thank you so much!

Beautifully styled home

Our overall stay was great. There were instances beyond control of the homeowner like the city doing construction on the road directly infront of the house. Our kids wake up early so that didn’t bother us but they did start is at 7am on weekdays. Because the weather was unusually rainy for FL, the construction vehicles made the sand road a little dicey. Also, I would note that the home isn’t a true 3/2 as listed. The “second bathroom” is an outdoor shower. Although completely necessary for a beach home, just note there’s one toilet and one private shower as the outdoor one doesn’t have a door. Otherwise our 2 pups and 3 little kiddos had a great time and enjoyed the space.

This is a wonderful house and we enjoyed our stay. So relaxing and laid back! Easy to just walk down the street right to the beautiful beach and ocean. Michelle was a great communicator and took care of us! We recommend this rental!
