Make memories at Strawberry Paradise! Stay at our beautiful custom-built home that is only 3 years old! We have added all the amenities and comforts to make this an incredible place while staying on Marco Island, with its beautiful white sand beaches and stunning sunsets. This is a privately owned vacation home and you will be communicating directly with us, the owners :)

Southern Exposure over the FREE HEATED SALTWATER pool and HOT TUB, ping pong table in the oversized garage, 8 BIKES, and all the kitchen and home amenities are included to ensure your time at Strawberry Paradise is an unforgettable stay! For the pool, we have lots of fun floaties, a volleyball net, and a basketball hoop. You are also welcome to use the pickleball racquets for a fun evening at the Racquet Center!

Upon entering the 4-bedroom 3 bath ranch home, you will notice the attention to detail and comfortable feel of the home. Its high ceilings, open floorplan with the living room and kitchen open to each other and the view of your incredible outdoor area. The home has new smart TVs in every room and cable tv in the living room and both master bedrooms. Also included is high-speed internet and a desk/workstation in the master bedroom should you need to get some work done while on vacation.

The kitchen is beautiful with a large island and functionality in mind. The table seats 8 and we have a bench in thegarage that can be moved to accommodate more. We love cooking and spending time with family around the table/meals and hope you will do the same with the many kitchen items provided and large pantry storage area. This home has high-end Thermador appliances and a large family dining table with great views to the outside pool area and canal.
We have a built-in professional outdoor grill with a sink and mini refrigerator for your beverages. You will also enjoy the outdoor TV and the large family table by the pool!

Strawberry Paradise has something for everyone. Take a swim or relax in the heated pool and spa under the glow of our new string lights, perfect for cozy nights or fun gatherings! Watch the kids play a game of ping pong and hang out in the oversized 3-car garage. Go for a family bike ride on one of our 8 bikes with safety items provided for our guests (we just added a small bike with training wheels). We also provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, floaties, and convenient water toys for all to enjoy.
Strawberry Paradise is centrally located on the island and is just a short car or bike ride to many of the amenities Marco has to offer. The two main beach entrances, grocery stores, Esplanade shops, Marco Town Center Mall, ice cream and restaurants are all just a few minutes away. In addition, our home is located on a cul-de-sac street and quiet neighborhood. We do NOT allow any parties to take place at the home.

Located on a large corner lot, this home has beautiful landscaping. An inland pinch lot, you do NOT have direct water access but still get the incredible views of the wide water canal and its dolphins and water life.

Marco Island offers biking paths, fishing charters, boat cruisers, water sports, beach boutique shopping, mini golf, parks, historical museum, and many other amenities for guests to enjoy. Our home is located just a short drive to the Everglades, and about 17 miles to fine shopping in Naples.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS

* 6 large smart TVs. 4 of them also offer cable to watch local news and live sporting events.
* High-speed internet including in the lanai and pool area.
* All the basics are provided for your entire stay: laundry detergent, softener, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, pool/beach towels, paper towels, napkins, dishwasher pods, K-cups for coffee, and many other kitchen items.
* 8 bikes including a bike with training wheels (not pictured).
* For babies and toddlers: Portable crib, high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub, & changing mat.
* For the beach: Umbrella, 6 chairs, coolers, beach wagon, 2 boogie boards, and beach toys.
* 10-20 min. walk to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream shop. Our house is in the middle of the island, you are close to everything (the island is 6 miles long X 4 miles wide). You will enjoy being able to ride the bikes in the morning to get coffee, explore the island, a quick trip to the grocery store, or to go see the beach!
* 8 min. bike ride to the racquet center where you can play tennis or pickleball (we have paddles for you!)
* 2.5 miles to Tiggertail Beach and 3 miles to South Beach.
* 17 miles to Naples for upscale shopping on 5th Ave in Naples, golf, additional dining options.
* Pool String lights are available from January - July (we take them down during the other months, because there are days with high winds)
* If you are interested in an early move-in time, please reach out. It is very possible that we can accommodate it.
* Everything is in new condition and we have a great welcome binder that will give you all the details about the house!
