Boardering the Historic Washburne district, this freshly renovated little house is only 3.3 mi to Hayward Field (0.2 mi walk to bus route), 3.3 mi to Autzen Stadium, and 0.6 mi to The Washburne Cafe on Main Street. Three small markets are within walking distance along with great restaurants, shops and a theater. Just across Main Street, there's a beautiful walking/running path called Booth Kelley/Mill-Race Trailhead. Then, return to a quiet, well-equipped, fresh space!

A perfect property in Springfield. My daughter and I were here visiting my son who just moved to Eugene. This location is close to everything and is the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Annie thought of everything and is very communicative. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. Be sure to walk or drive to downtown Springfield - Washburn has the best Avocado toast I have ever had! You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Attended the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene. The home was clean, and it met all of our needs (we used only one of the two BRs...and kind of spread out in the second BR). It was in a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to walk to Main Street in Springfield. We went to Plank Town Brewing and liked it so much, that we went back a second time. It was an easy drive into Eugene, and it was easy to get an Uber on the day of the event. Would recommend.

Just what we were looking for.

Cleanliness, location, value... the big 3 things you need and want. This home certainly delivered. The description lived up to expectations and the reviews were acurate. Comfy bed, great kitchen, clean big bathroom, plus eady in and out. We will stay again. There only for a long weeend but will be back to explore the area.

Great property

It's good location, easy to walk to downtown Springfield. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. Good communication from the property owner when I was able to access it. The check in process was not easy, but that had nothing to do with the property owner. For whatever reason, VRBO would not allow me to access my app messages on my cell phone, said I did not have access to the trip. I could see details on my trip but not the message that had the code. I couldn't get the code using my cel. Had to have my wife do it from home on my laptop so I could get in. Very frustrating with the app but not the property, it was great. I would recommend staying at this residence. Just make sure you have the code if using your phone.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a great time in Springfield/Eugene and Annie’s rental was perfect for our small group. It was clean and comfortable, updated, and outfitted with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Annie was very communicative and responsive and the check-in and check-out processes were a snap. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is only a short walk to shops and restaurants. It is also easily serviced by Uber or Lyft. Thanks for a great stay and if our future travels ever involve Springfield/Eugene, we’d gladly stay here again!

Perfect Cozy and Clean

Annie’s home was the perfect place to stay for a few days just before dropping off my son in college. It was quiet and clean, affording a restful stay. Well equipped kitchen. And delicious apples from the tree in the backyard as a bonus!

Highly recommend

Place was clean and equipped with more than what we needed. Host was always available and checked in on us to make sure all was going well. Place was just like pictures shown in listing. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe even being one block off Main St. I would book again and highly recommend to others as well.

As usual, Annie ensured we had what we needed for a successful vacation. This is my 2nd stay in less than a year and this time I had my daughter and cousin with me and they were very surprised at how stocked the house was compared to other places they stayed.
