Riverwalk Retreat is a spacious getaway in a quiet neighborhood located 1 mile from Autzen Stadium, 3 miles from University of Oregon, and (as the name suggests) is two blocks from the river front. Relax outside in the 7 person hot tub or stay inside to enjoy the 65” OLED TV. Cook group meals in good style with all new kitchen appliances. Sleep serenely on memory foam mattresses with a variety of pillows. This private getaway is half of a large home. There is a cleaner's pantry between the two units with multiple sound proofing measures. Enjoy complete privacy and relaxation at the Riverwalk Retreat. *Note that this home is not suitable for parties and guests will be confronted immediately if there is any sign of unauthorized events*

Comfy stay

Our family really enjoyed having the space to relax during our trip. It was very clean and welcoming. The hot tub was a nice bonus after days of hiking.

Hidden Gem

Unlike many rentals which have “attention to detail” but fail on basics, The Riverwalk Retreat nails EVERYTHING. Solid house in great repair; doors/windows closing tightly to keep out drafts; comfortable beds (!); excellent water heat/pressure; working internet; well-organized and appointed kitchen and bathrooms; new appliances for laundry, cooking, and multimedia; and SUPER clean. The first pet-friendly property I’ve stayed in with zero odor.And then the extras: Fantastic location a 5 min walk to miles of scenic Alton Baker park trails. Huge walk-in rainshower-plus-handheld in master bathroom (oh goodness gracious that shower!) The cheer of the fireplace on a damp evening. The reading nook in the living room. The skylight “portholes” for natural light. Easy-to-use Nest thermostat. And of course the hot tub: clean, not over-chlorinated, in good working order and very comfy.Down to the tiniest details provided by host Logan and their caretaking crew: Nespresso machine and variety of pods; easy-to-find dishes/kitchen tools; snack basket of popcorn and breakfast oatmeals; custom signs to make wifi, laundry, and activities easy; mobile device charging unit; yoga mats (!); interesting games; cleverly-folded towels; and highly responsive service. Corkscrew had been appropriated by previous guest, Logan had one to me within hours. Logan’s Riverwalk Retreat will set your standard for rentals of this class.

Quiet neighborhood, nice house

Great stay

This is a lovely house with many amenities. The appliances were great, the rooms were spacious and everything was clean. We especially loved the hot tub. It was easy to get into the house and the area was quiet. I would absolutely come back if my travels take me to the area again.

Daughters move

This was my 2nd time here. Logan and co-owner (I’m sorry I forgot her name) never disappoints. Very communicative and open. Easy to talk to. I had to store our moving fan on the driveway for a couple days and it was not a problem at all. No complaints. No one gave us a hard time or nasty looks. We’ll be back.again.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of four plus my parents stayed here on a roadtrip for two nights. The location was great, the home was tidy and well appointed, and true to the listing. The host was communicative and helpful, and we appreciated the snacks and coffee provided. We loved using the hot tub at the end of the day, kids loved the open living area. We did laundry and while the laundry room is shared, the access is blocked off appropriately so each property has privacy, and the machines were like new. We had plenty of towels and could have asked for more if needed (which was communicated effectively by the host). Overall 10/10. If returning to the area, I would seek out this pretty again. Between the tidiness, space, hot tub, and how well appointed it is, it was an excellent stay!

Just Perfect!

We chose to have a short weekend trip to Eugene and brought two dogs with us. This home was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. LOVED the windowsill bench area for reading, the amount of natural sunlight that comes in was great! We tried out the hot tub, good size for about 4 adults. Logan kept in contact and replied quickly anytime we messaged. Definitely going to come back when football season starts, the house is a close drive to the stadium. Highly recommend for family or group stays!

Charming modern home

Great location and quiet neighborhood for a weekend stay for a volleyball tournament. The house was appointed with beautiful appliances for cooking and all your food storage needs. Comfortable furniture to relax and watch movies on the large smart tv. Soft plush towels to enjoy after using the rain shower. GREAT communication from Logan!! Hands down would stay here again!!

Thanksgiving getaway

Logan was extremely responsive. It’s nice when you know any questions or concerns will be answered quickly. Cute home. Strong water pressure was great! Beds were cozy. Loved the fireplace and hot tub. Nice features for the cold fall evenings. Heater worked great too. Location was awesome for us too. 2 hour drive to visit family up north. 15 min drive for our daughter to stay with us too. Wonderful getaway!

Perfect base for exploring Eugene

Spent a week in Eugene visiting family, and this was the perfect location for two adults and two teenagers to begin and end our day. The proximity to Alton park was great for morning runs. Lots of interesting food spots in the area. Very convenient to grocery too. We have family in the neighborhood who will recommend this location when they have guests in the future.

Beautiful Neighborhood Retreat!

We booked the Riverwalk Retreat for a weekend trip to Eugene to see the Ducks play. We could not have had a better spot to stay! Location: Perfect location close to many great restaurants and walking distance to the stadium! Saved us an hour in a Lyft after the game ended. The Spot: amazing. So clean and so cute. Each bedroom was so comfortable with plenty of space. The towels were soft and the beds were comfortable. Loved the soap and shampoo scents as well. The kitchen was perfect. The coffee maker was so easy to use and such a blessing for the morning. We didn’t use the backyard much, but it truly felt like our own private retreat. Hosts: Logan was amazing to work with. Quick in responding and even sent a bunch of recommendations to us for the weekend. We really appreciated that! Overall, such a great stay with a great Host!!

Decent stay in nice neighborhood

Well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, helpful tips from owner on surrounding area. Hot tub was a draw. However, no access to laundry facilities at the house made it less appealing. Could have also provided more towels for use with hot tub.
