Should you desire a higher temperature, we can provide instructions for manual adjustment, subject to a $25/day fee to offset energy expenses. After each day's use, we kindly request resetting the temperature to 85 degrees and turning off the pump overnight to conserve energy✹✹

Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
