Perfectly situated between the Boca and Hillsboro ocean inlets, this deep water no fixed bridge home is perfect for the avid boater. Located very close to the world famous Deerfield Beach with parks, restaurants, boardwalk and international Pier. House features brand new spacious back yard with a fully automated heated pool and spa, extra large Tiki Hut with TV and fans/firepit, faux grass play area/lounge chair area with propane grill. Mix some drinks around the pool, Tiki Hut or covered lanai.....your choice and enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets. The dock has water and power ( 50 and 30 amp) as well as an oversized fish cleaning station with umbrella. Relax in the house or play a game of pool or even darts or ring toss. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

For those boaters who are planning to rent a boat or bring their own boat, Pioneer Park Public Boat Launch is 1.6 miles away. Needless to say you have full use of the dock during your stay. The dock has 30 and 50 amp electric service, water and a full size fish cleaning station. For the avid fishermen we even have a full size ice machine in the garage.

In the reservation, please let me know if you are planning to bring any pets. Pets are allowed. $150 pet fee.

There is a four day minimum booking requirement. However, when a two or three day booking becomes available, pre approval will be required by the host before an instant booking will be accepted. No one day bookings allowed.
