The community's lakefront infinity pool and the lave tube water slide at the quarry pool invite everyone to frolic in the water. If you wish to venture a little further from your vacation home, Sunriver features nine miles of scenic hiking and biking trails that highlight the area's beauty. Golfing enthusiasts will love being only a quick drive to Quail Run or Lost Tracks Golf Courses. Go rafting on the Deschutes River during the summer months or hit Mt. Bachelor's slopes during the colder ones. For shopping, dining options, and a variety of year-round activities, the Village at Sunriver is just over a mile north.

Boasting more than 3,000 square feet and nestled in a quiet corner of the resort, you'll love the peaceful forest views from the backyard. Enjoy comfortable outdoor living on the furnished patio. Lounge blissfully on the Adirondack chairs while making s'mores at the firepit or throw something on the gas grill and sear it to perfection when the group is hungry. The hot tub there is perfect for soothing soaks and basking in the crisp Oregon air. The garage sports a ping-pong table and cornhole if anyone craves friendly competition.

Inside, you'll be treated to vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and designer furnishings. Cozy up around the living room fireplace while watching shows and movies on the new 75" smart TV or head up to the upstairs den for a family movie night with plush recliners and a second smart TV. The spacious island kitchen makes family-style meal planning a breeze with a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range and dishwasher. The dining table can accommodate guests for meals together.

Four full bedrooms come equipped with their own private bathrooms and walk-in closet, with two of these bedrooms also featuring direct patio access. A front bedroom that doubles as an office/flex space has access to a shared-half bath and its own smart TV for the perfect blend of privacy and being close to the fun. One of the upstairs bedrooms includes a sitting area and smart TV to view during your downtime.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
